Today we are playing Into The Radius, an absolute blast of a game that blends a lot of character alongside an engaging and fun gameplay loop.
I hope you guys enjoy this one, because I sure did!

Oooh! You finally got to start this too! Oh, this is gonna be fun
Also, here's a tip: Mimics cannot shoot at you if you are directly in their face. Just like in most STALKER games, the knife is incredibly good against people with guns if you close in on them and stab the skull.
Also, just like in real life, you can use an AK mag to knock off the current mag on your AK for a rapid reload. Also, you can keep small magazines, such as like 20 pistol mags for your Tokarev or Glock/Beretta, in your pouch, so that your chest pockets can be dedicated for your primary.
And anything you pick up and drop will be permanently there, even after a Tide. This means you can set up stashes. Oh, and staying in a marked Shelter during a Tide will ensure you are not randomly teleported. It may not be an Emission, but it still goes by Emission rules mostly.
10:01 they looks like from Prey ready to turn into ordinary objects...
Got so livid with that chapter in True Stalker
Hey, great video. Something that i like doing is turning the flashlight on and pointing it forward in my pocket. It basically serves as a rudimentary head lamp in the early game. Even better if you have 2 lights
Cant wait for the sequel. Gonna have co op ❤🎉
Watching this again, I like that you go with a low-weight kit for more speed, while I'm over here packing a sniper rifle or sniper shotgun or an AK, with four mags for that primary on my chest and 2-4 more in my pack to quickly switch between them... And like 13-16 fully-loaded Tokarev mags or 8 to 12 Glock mags all stuffed in my magazine pouch. And, on occasions that I fully expect to engage heavy resistance, I bring BOTH the sniper rifle and an AK, considering the fact that you can, in fact, hold four long guns at any given time because you have two slots for those and two hands.
It has me moving slow af when I leave at 25kg to 30kg, but I am armed to the friggen teeth and can clear what's in front of me with relative ease. It does help that I also keep ammo and cleaning supply and food stashes at the Hideouts (which also will keep me safe from a Tide if I'm caught outside). Kind of a habit that translated over from having several stashes in secure Emission-proof structures in STALKER for similar reasons.
I know, you move soooo slow with the extra weight. I like to keep it light enough, to have the room to work.
Unless I need to be ARMED.
You know, since you have a VR set and are a STALKER channel, you'll probably want to keep an eye out for ConVRgence and Metro Awakening, the former of which will have its alpha or beta playable soon, and the latter coming out this year too. Oh, and have I mentioned that we should also be getting the beta for Into the Radius 2 this year?
Between those and STALKER 2 on the horizon, this is a very good year for Stalkers
I saw the Metro one!!
Definitely keeping my eye out for it
This game seems very interesting we should get anomaly with VR too.
Although I grow tired of Stalker clones, I really like the mission prep aspect of this!
I hear ya, the atmosphere can be a bit overplayed even though it's so good.
But the gameplay loop in here is so much fun
Yeees he's playing into the radius!
Please do more of this!! Love your content
Wavey bringin the cutting edge 2010s microphone into the mix to
I tried lol
Had to get a headset mic to make it all work
@@WaveysGamingAdventure Nothing but just some growing pains reaching for new horizons
Ive seen only a bit of this game a while ago but now since ur playing it im excited to see some more

Gremlin Wavey
let’s goooo been looking for someone who plays this
Had plans for this for quite a while, finally found a good time to start the series
Hey Wavey, are you going to give Pacific Drive a look over? It's a Roadside Picnic inspired survival crafter; no guns but a car to drive around the Pacific Northwest. Could be a nice filler between challenge runs/other episodes.
Hmmm sounds interesting, I may take a look
More please
Yooo this is awesome
It's so much fun honestly!
I bought this game a long time ago, and still have yet to play it lol
I was obsessed with it when I started it
@@WaveysGamingAdventure I've never fully watched any gameplay, but watching your vid, I'll have to try it out finally
I would’ve bought this game for double the price but not having real human enemies is so stupid
I hear ya, still fun regardless IMO
Did you leave a hand grenade what!?!
Yeah lol
I never found them all that useful tbh
Oh boy you are gonna love probeda when you only have a glock and a shotty
🤫
Especially the 2 priority missions there, dont worry i wont spoil them
Try the 1.0 patch.
🤔
I mean, it’s the steam version. Should be as up to date as it gets
@@WaveysGamingAdventure 1.0 can be downloaded and played via steam. The 2.0 and onward is downgrade to fit on oculus quest standalone, but if you run VR via a computer you can play the original, which has bayonets, a full uninterrupted zone, and a few different mechanics. Both are very fun and I’ve beaten neither, but I’ve gotten far enough on Both and spent enough time across many playthroughs to say both patches are worth your time.
I don’t hate the new patch either btw- I like how the Zone changes. It’s very roadside picnic.
Have you read the book btw? Or seen the movie? Apologies if you’ve said so before but I’m new to your channel
