Ang magagawa lang ng ating PCG at PN natin jan ay magmasid at magbantay at erecord ang mga ginagawa ng Tsina jan. And FYI, yung tinatawag na “notice to mariners” (NTM) ay normal practice yan ng kahat ng mariners (civilian and military) sa maritime routes around the world for safety reasons.

It’s not just started 2012 but beyond since geopolitical existed when 2 countries are not in good terms they talked but no trust in between sometimes it happens when they go back to their thrones they send message of declaration of war if they ended without good agreement.
