When you get to LSC, back the tractor up to the door, and detach the comb with right on the d-pad. It should be up against the door and preventing it from opening. Make sure you destroy the tractor so no one can hook back up to it and move it. Sticky bombs won't move it and it's almost impossible to move unless someone is either very creative or gets another tractor. Most people don't think of just driving to the other mod shops and will try to move it. Now just go into passive mode and watch the chaos unfold. Also, ding-dong-ditching people is funny. Run up to their apartment, buzz them, then immediately run away.
