Garh Panchkot is a ruined fort located in the eastern part of India at the foothills of Panchet Hill in the district of Purulia, West Bengal. The ruins of the Panchkot Palace are a silent testimony to the Bargi attack during the 18th century.
প্রথমে কোলকাতা থেকে ট্রেন করে পৌঁছে যেতে হবে আসানসোল স্টেশন। এর জন্য হাওড়া থেকে সকাল ০৬:১৫ am এর ব্ল্যাক ডায়মন্ড এক্সপ্রেস ধরতে পারেন। এই একই ট্রেন চাইলে ব্যান্ডেল স্টেশন থেকেও ধরতে পারেন সকাল ০৭:০০ am নাগাদ।
ব্ল্যাক ডায়মন্ড এক্সপ্রেস ট্রেনটি আসানসোল স্টেশনে গিয়ে পৌছায় প্রায় সকাল ০৯:৪৭ am নাগাদ।
এরপর আসানসোল স্টেশনের বাইরে এসে টিকিট কাটতে হবে মুরাডি স্টেশন পর্যন্ত। আসানসোল থেকে মুরাডি পৌঁছনোর ট্রেনের সময় সকাল ১০:১৫ am এবং কোনো কারণে এটা মিস করে গেলে পরের ট্রেন সকাল ১০:৫৫ am এর।
মুরাডি স্টেশনের বাইরেই টোটো রিকশার স্ট্যান্ড। সেইখান থেকেই কিছুটা দরাদরি করে টোটো রিসার্ভ করে ঘুরে আসতে পারেন পাঞ্চেত ড্যাম, গড় পঞ্চকোট এবং শেষে বড়ন্তি লেক।
