Hideous front beaver tooth grill. This is the worst version of the beaver grill and is now stretched even more vertically vs the M4. Nice video but so disappointed in BMW styling lately.

It's not a grill it's a self healing sensor shield.....like proper Star Trek wording. Well I didn't like it as it came out - now I start to like it, what's wrong with me?

I really would like to buy an EV. But can someone build one with a reduction in charging times and increase range? The 2024 BMW iX can be fully charged from 0 to 100 in 10 to 11 hours!!! Really? Why not 10 to 11 minutes? The iX has a range of only 300 miles!! That's it? I drive from Lancaster Pennsylvania to Jacksonville Florida. There's no way i would drive the iX or any EV on a trip like that, you have to sit to much turning a 12 to 13 hour trip into a 15, 16 plus hour trip. I really want an EV but they have to be improved and for my taste, a roomy, comfortable smooth rideing luxury car. Im going to shop for another car next year and before I do, im going to take another look at the EV. I currently have a Buick Lacrosse (hybrid). Takes me 7 minutes or less to fuel and that includes running in and grabbing a coffee. My range is between 402 and 408 miles. Next year if the EV hasn't been improved, im going to get the smooth riding, smooth lookin luxurious Jaguar XJl. Again, 7 minutes or less to fuel and will provide me with a range of 500 miles, highway. Great for making the 829 mile drive to Jacksonville Florida. So far the EV is great for local destinations like going to work which is 15 minutes round trip for me, grocery store and so on. The greatest range? The Jaguar XF 20d with a range of over 700 miles. When it comes to travel, range is important along with the ability to keep moving. The greatest EV in the world for travels is highspeed bullet train technology which is also (fully electric). Unfortunately highspeed bullet train technology dosent exsist in the mighty United States of America, a country gong ho on electric vehicles. If a bullet train line ran from Boston Massachusetts to Jacksonville Florida, my trip would take 4 to 6 hours instead of 12 to 13 hours at speeds of up to 200 plus mph. You damn right i would park my car and take the train, wouldn't you? Till then, a greater range and less charging times must be developed in the Ev..

Are you driving 300 miles a day? You charge at home supercharging is for roadtripping and it's really not a big deal, by the time you pee and grab some snacks the car is ready.

@@dingdongbell32 Do you drive 300 miles a day? And that depends on how far the bathroom is and how long it takes you to take a squirt. Then How long does it take you to get food and then eat. Then make sure you drink alot of beverage so down the road when you have to plug in again, you'll have something to do while your car does it's thing. Trust and believe if they came out with an EV that fully charges from 0 to 100 percent in 3 to 5 minutes and offers a range of 500 miles, ill be the first one at the gates to buy it, just like you would. Especially if the price is 50 thousand dollars or less. The good people at Tesla in Philadelphia Pennsylvania even told me quote, "Have patience because that day is coming." So I'll do just that till that day comes. It depends on who you are and what your needs are. You supercharge when traveling, no big deal. For me it is a big deal. 831 miles from Lancaster Pennsylvania to Jacksonville Florida, it doesn't matter how many times i stop for what ever reason, i only have to stop once to fuel, 3 to 5 minutes depending on wether or not i run in and grab a coffee. Then im up and out. The ability to (keep moving) However, I just got word from someone to take a look at an EV called, ..Lucid? We will see....

@@dingdongbell32 Im totally on your side. I just dont know why long range has to be reserved for gas cars only, a fine feature i need. It really sucks they didn't come out with EVs like this. They are getting better but just not there for me.......yet. Tomorrow im going to check out the Lucid. I hear it's a large full size luxury automobile which tesla dosent even make. When i travel i also like large, smooth and comfort. Wish i had my old 1996 Cadillac Fleetwood...lol!! I dont care how much gas it takes, no body makes a car that runs and has the comfort they did, gas or electric. Still considered to be American Luxury to this day. I'll let you know about the Lucid. You have any suggestions, im all ears...
