  • This is a look into the teaching of the Lord Jesus Christ in the light of the current teachings of Dr Enoch Adeboye and the 𝑅𝑒𝑑𝑒𝑒𝑚𝑒𝑑 𝐶ℎ𝑟𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑎𝑛 𝐶ℎ𝑢𝑟𝑐ℎ 𝑜𝑓 𝐺𝑜𝑑 on receiving communications from the dead. The 𝑅𝑒𝑑𝑒𝑒𝑚𝑒𝑑 𝐶ℎ𝑟𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑎𝑛 𝐶ℎ𝑢𝑟𝑐ℎ 𝑜𝑓 𝐺𝑜𝑑 makes special ado about returnees from the great beyond! The 'church' believes this is the way to show how close they are to God. It doesn't occur to them they are dabbling in gross evil!
Below is the write-up mentioned in the video:

I hope the hearts of sincere believers will receive the truth in this video and stay away from the deception of the devil. The bible is sufficient.

    2 Corinthians 12
    New International Version
    Paul’s Vision and His Thorn
12 I must go on boasting.(A) Although there is nothing to be gained, I will go on to visions and revelations(B) from the Lord. 2 I know a man in Christ(C) who fourteen years ago was caught up(D) to the third heaven.(E) Whether it was in the body or out of the body I do not know-God knows.(F) 3 And I know that this man-whether in the body or apart from the body I do not know, but God knows- 4 was caught up(G) to paradise(H) and heard inexpressible things, things that no one is permitted to tell. 5 I will boast about a man like that, but I will not boast about myself, except about my weaknesses.(I) 6 Even if I should choose to boast,(J) I would not be a fool,(K) because I would be speaking the truth. But I refrain, so no one will think more of me than is warranted by what I do or say, 7 or because of these surpassingly great revelations.(L). Please sir kindly shed more light on Paul’s expenses above in which he described “ whether in the body or out of the body” of him or someone he knew being caught into the third heaven (I.e the abode of God). Should we conclude Paul’s testimony even though he Paul being sincere, that his experience that he had was given to him by Satan? Or was designed by Satan to deceive Paul and his followers? Although the Apostle Paul here clearly didn’t die physically here in the passage but obviously he just returned from heaven as he said in his own words in the body or out of the body. Kindly expatiate sir what Paul meant by in the body or out of the body in relation to him being caught up into the third heaven and the revelations in which he saw which is not lawful for him to utter and also should Paul’s testimony be discounted since there is a possibility he might be deceived by Satan and by extension all who read after Paul as well. Blessings

If Capital T, or anyone else of the same mind, really wants to know the truth and is serious in getting the Bible's answer to his pussle, I advise he makes an audio call to "The True Christian Faith" through SKYPE, if he is not in Nigeria, or to 07053251410 if he is in Nigeria.
The call may be recorded and published for the benefit of others.

@Capital T, clearly Apostle Paul was not deceived, there was a revelation. A Cursory look at the passage you read provides enough information to buttress what is being discussed in this particular video.
it is important to note Paul's reportage of that experience and bring it side by side to this expository video clip. He ( Paul)was not telling us strange things about heaven. What Jesus Christ said about heaven and the account of heaven by Apostle John through Christ Jesus( the book of revelation)are the neccessary and sufficient amount of information for any sincere believer hold on to.
Have you ever considered the ridicoulus and absurd accounts those that claimed to have been to heaven are reporting?
Let God be true and men be liar

@@Wehaveananchor Granted, I agree most if not a large proportion are full of bizarre and absurd revelations regarding heaven/hell etc. According to his comments he (presenter) referenced returnees from heaven are being deceived/ designed by Satan to deceive. “Every testimony of anyone returning from heaven or hell is FALSE, and is designed by the devil to deceive, even if the person appears sincere”. Personally for me am concerned about apostle Paul since he wrote about 2/3 of the New Testament I presume. Yes Paul was not telling us strange things about heaven but the point still remains he just returned from heaven with revelations. So according to the presenter Paul obviously was deceived too as well. ( Though I know Paul wasn’t deceived ). My point being in the bid of trying to rid out error we shouldn’t include the scriptural aspects as well ie the ones that line up with the word. There are scripturally legitimate experiences. Example being Paul’s spiritual experiences. If we then say every (testimony) we stand the risk of classifying the legitimate ones as false as well. Just a side note Lazarus (Jesus), Dorcas (Peter), Eutychus (Paul) were all raised back from the dead. These were all returnees, both in the times of Jesus and his apostles. Lazarus was dead gone 4 days and buried prior to being raised from the dead by Jesus. I am not disputing it is appointed unto men to die once but these guys here - Lazarus, Dorcas and eutychus needs some explanation. Pls clarify. Thanks

@@capitalt2641 I think you will need a bible study to for you to understand the scriptures. You have muddled up many things by hastly looking at the scriptures. It will be profitable for you to schedule a bible study session with the owner of this UA-cam channel.
Going forward, the question is that why didn't Paul tell us his experience in that third heaven? Moses said in Deuteronomy 30 11-14, 11For this commandment which I command thee this day, it is not hidden from thee, neither is it far off.
12 It is not in heaven, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?
13 Neither is it beyond the sea, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?
14 But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it.
Look closely at verses 12 and 14. All that you need to know about heaven is well described in the Bible. There is no need for addendum or appendix( extra revelations or visions)
Moreover, raising the dead is different from someone claiming to be dead and come back to life again. The characters that you mentioned were confirmed dead( neither in coma nor sedated).
Remember that this particular video clip discussed the resurrection of the saints when Jesus Christ died.
Can you tell me where Lazarus, Dorcas e.t.c shared their "experiences" about heaven?
Christ instructed the believers to strive to enter the kingdom ( heaven) and not to seek extra knowledge about heaven other than that which is written in the Bible.
It is time to get skilled in the art of rightly dividing the word of God.

@@Wehaveananchor Definitely rightly dividing the word is paramount. Agreed! These weren’t claiming to be dead they were obviously dead! Lazarus, Dorcas and the guy Paul raised from the dead. Am not supporting them telling about their experiences from the great beyond. My question still stands or rather the clarification requested was those three individuals in the light of Hebrews 9:27. I believe Paul and Peter raised those guys up after Jesus resurrection and ascension. Kindly divide rightly Hebrews 9:27 in the light Lazarus, Dorcas and etychus. enlighten me pls. Thank you!
