Thank you for this blast from the past! I loved listening to Rick Dees top 40 on the weekends. A local DJ hijacked a lot of his bits and played them on his morning drive time show. I'd listen to him driving to work every day. Such great times!
I grew up in the 80s & 90s with Rick Dees in the morning. Back in the day he was totally entertaining and crazy! Lena Wayback, Vic the Brick Jacobs, Willard Wiseman….great memories.😊
looked this up because i just ran across and autographed photo of Rick from when he was with WMPS here in Memphis, TN. I met him at the JCPenny's store at the Raleigh Springs Mall.
