This repo thing could be cool,but it has to be a game mechanic so you can take ownership of the car.
They need to put limits on this shit, like 3 legal cars one converted. Everything else needs to be a lose able Vin scratch and probably 1-3 of those at a time, some people... have literally like 20 cars... they also need illegal mods that can only be out on vins so people have a reason to use those cars for jobs and potentially lose them

So Ramee actually thinks this is going to happen now? Wasn’t he told when Eddie and him were trying to get it rolling that they can’t do it this late into a wipe because the system needs to be put in place at the very beginning and mechanically it would create issues if you tried to do it otherwise. Also, I still don’t think Ramee realizes that he would somehow have to work for the loan companies and not the state itself and anything that would be repoed would have to go to the state so there isn’t really a bunch of money to be made. Lastly, the vast majority of cars that get repossessed are because ppl don’t come around for an extended period of time therefore the car that needs to be taken is in a random garage. The only people that can take cars out of a garage is the PD and Judges if I’m not mistaken so as a repo guy you’d essentially just be a tow truck driver that follows a judge or cop around from parking lot to parking lot and “repo” the car once these said people takes it out lol.

Yea from what Ramee insinuated back in the day, Dean had a lot to do with why it didn’t happen. And they already had set up how the state would split the money with the repo. Wiseguy and him already had all the logistics set up and approved. And as far as getting the cars, I don’t see a problem they already have a system in place that will work for that. Player boost contracts, pull the cars from garages so that people can steal them. It can work the same way for the repos. Wiseguy is a dev and he was excited to get it all going so he must’ve had a plan on how the system of getting the cars would work.

H&O wouldn't be a thing if Hutch never gave the idea to them in the first place. So why would it be own by dev when it was Hutches idea and plan to run from the start? Like you stupid or mommy drop you couple of times as a baby?
@@DrunkCrazyMonkey Hutch stole the whole idea from GTAWiseguys puppet characters... only difference was creating the money printer aspect of it
@@DrunkCrazyMonkey I wouldn't say with certainty that it was Hutch's idea. Summit and Judd were clowning on him in the past for stealing other people's ideas and claiming them as his own.
