Thanks for visiting Theo! Was awesome to chat with you, Bentlegs and Eskar. Thanks also for showing the shop in its best possible light, you're a diamond!
Fun Fact: A lot of the non-chibi Godzilla plushies shown were not produced by Japanese companies, but rather were manufactured in my neck of the woods back home in Kentucky (of all places) by a company called Toy Vault. I reget selling a couple that I used to have - they are impossible to find here in Japan.
The Matango figure would've got my money. That is a weird, weird film... based on a very old British short story 'The Voice in the Night'. There is also a toy Matango figure riding a little tricycle, which is rather cool. I'd also like a nice Hedora figure, coz Hedora is kinda cute, BUT a lot of the vinyls you see look more like a drunk student's home-made pizza than a smog monster.
😱😱😱 That (partial) baby Godzilla kit you found at 28:27!!! Wow, wonder if the rest of the parts are around in there somewhere, to be uncovered as he continues unpacking the whole collection? Real shame if all the rest was lost. Wish I could get the whole thing and paint it up nice. I don't have the space to keep it, but that Baby design is easily the best a juvenile goji has ever looked. Super cute little animal. Great video, Theo! This guy really got some sweet pieces for himself. Fun to see them.
My personal favourite is the showa era, So maybe just dive in straight with something like 'Godzilla versus megalodon' and get straight to the stuff haha
Ha! I own the Godzilla / purple box from 1993 at 03:00. Not only do I collect Godzilla, but that box art was used on 90's skate punk band Guttermouth's - Teri Yakimoto album cover which made me want it even more.
For me it would have to have been a Mechagodzilla, the bigger the better! The only Godzilla film that had a UK release as far as I know was 'Destroy All Monsters' in about '78 and the only thing I really remember about it was that I was convinced that Mechagodzilla was the Gods bollocks! I'd love a Jumbo Shugun sized one to go with my Brave Raideen. It'd have to have at least one missile firing hand though! Great video Theo!😁👍
I think all my favorite pieces were in his permanent collection - Pulgasari, Gorgo, Marmit Zilla, the Iwakura Bullmark Minis... I wonder if it's hard to get insured when your shop has that much FIRE inside of it. 😂
@@slimehousetv Was great seeing the shop through an aficionado's eyes; you've made me better appreciate just how lucky I am to have Cosmic Toys on my doorstep.
Was like "okay then, that's me taking a trip" then you said they have a website. 🤯 Storing, displaying and then cataloguing all that is beyond impressive. Another banger vid thanks dude.
Fab video. I’d love to visit this place. Still have the large Trendmasters Godzilla in my classroom fighting the Movie Maniacs King Kong. Got to educate the kids of today 😂 This takes me back to watching the creature feature midnights showings on channel 4. Yes share more of that GFan vhs please
This shop looks amazing. I used to have the Godzilla 1998 toys back in the day and tbh I love to own them again but if I was there I would be skint lol. Btw awesome video mate 👍👊🔥😁
Wow, what a shop! Great vid again Theo 👍. I'm only just getting into the old Godzilla movies, I can already feel the gravitational pull of the vinyls 😅
Wow!! I wish we had shops like this over our neck of the woods. Absolute fire 🔥. What an awsome collection. I would of bought so much stuff One of my favourite hunt videos . Again always quality my bro 👌 thanks
That's an outstanding store! I would spend hours in there even I don't collect that stuff! Great job as usual bro... P.s.at the chicsgo toy show. There are normally at least two table of jappo stuff!
Dude how excited are you for the New Godzilla Minus One movie by toho!? Shin Godzilla was excellent hope this one is just as good and of course the new toys😻😻😻 that’ll be comin out
Awesome video, Thanks for leaving the link to the online store. I often watch these things and they are amazing, but I'm always a little sad because I'm disabled so it's not at all easy to get to these shops in person. Online is a lot better for me, even if it missed the community aspect. I'm not sure I actually need more places to waste my money, but thanks anyway LOL
Yeah it actually suprises me how some people can go to a shop and then not even put a link to the shop or their online store in the description below after filming a whole episode there, it happens often! Hopefully you snag yourself something cool for sure :)

I'm surprised you didn't grab that Yongari figure with box! That was one of the coolest pieces there.

Haha I agree on all fronts!
There is something so funny about tiny plush toys of Kaijus, like the mental image of a little kid cuddling with a Destroyah to go to sleep
I agree haha

That fact that you dropped about Kim Jong Il and Pulgasari is insane! They need to make a movie about Shin Sang-ok and his wife!
I love the retro tv edits of classic clips mixed in. Top notch!
Cheers dude they take a bit longer in the edit but I just can't resist adding em 😅
Team Bethskar. 😂
Great day and amazing job on the video man. 👏
What an epic shop! Sooo many sweet kaiju items hard to choose just one thing.
