- 5 bedroom with 1 king, 5 Queen, 2 sets of twin bunk beds PREMIER QUALITY LOG HOME with Wi-Fi, AMAZING MOUNTAIN VIEWS, large HOT TUB on a paved patio - lower level with seating and view, great GAME ROOM with Pool Table, Foosball and Air Hockey Table and bear carvings to greet you throughout. Flat-screen TV's in great rooms, bar area, and master bedroom. There is a wet bar with refrigerator and bar stools in the game room and the Cubs Den listed as 1 bedroom is 2 connected bedrooms with a queen bed and twin bunks in each side with curtains for privacy. You will not want to leave this wonderful cabin with such loving attention to detail.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and clean up afterward. Dishwasher soap and dish soap are provided.
Parking for several vehicles with a turn around so you are not backing out. The 2.5 acre lot is nestled into a forested ridge in the very secure SHAGBARK gated community.
You will have access to the SHAGBARK Community common areas at no charge for the Outdoor SWIMMING POOL, TENNIS COURTS, BASKETBALL GOAL by the Community Center 3150 N. Clear Fork Road. PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT and WALKING TRAIL in the meadow off N. Clear Fork Road along the creek with 2 parking areas. I can even tell you about a fishing pond in Shagbark.
SHAGBARK is an easy 15-minute drive off Wears Valley Road which is 4-lane highway at the Pigeon Forge city limits. Then about 3 miles to N. Clear Fork. Now THIS is a PERFECT year round live-in cabin. What I really like, amongst MANY other things, is that you don’t waste ALL that upper level space on a great room overlook. It is short, it is simple, and in my opinion, it is ALL that you need for exposure to the first floor. Albeit the one negative on this cabin is the 4”x4” tile on the kitchen counters. That leaves ALOT of room for bacteria to grow in the grout. A smooth surface is ALWAYS the preferred design for a kitchen.
Now if I was getting married in the winter time this would be very unique cabin especially with the mountain slope there you could always put an indoor outdoor garden you know for vegetables year-round yeah and hopefully those cabins are solar power yeah and you all have your own well right because you don't want to be cut off with no water no power especially when you know down in Tennessee you do get a -26 and a minus 27 in the winter you know you have to have your generator back up right yeah and don't worry us modern day women that don't have any kids I don't have any children gentlemen I am educating my you call it 5th generation of grandchildren yeah and don't worry they have been educated on homeschooling all my adult kids are adults now and their youngest one is back from the Navy and she got married on May of this year of 2021 it was just a 20 minute I do's she got married to a Marine and she's a graduate from the Navy yeah and my oldest is also graduated yeah and my oldest son he graduated oh well that would be back in 2008 or 9:00 around there he graduated from University online in Dallas for his GED it was easier to go online and do it he work for a big company and I enrolled them in a prep University in Dallas that was in 2004 and 2008 when I was working with Bank of America yeah I'm retired with busted arms yeah 💗💗🇺🇸💯💌👍
