Don’t apologize for anything ! People who follow you will understand that there will be times when your struggles are to big to post, and resting is the only thing you can do then! Very courageous to do all these domestic tasks and in the garden.. they keep you fit and optimistic ! Do everything at your own pace ! Take good care! 🤗🌻

Oh Howard cariad, I sympathise with you. I suffer from the same disabilities as Penny. Just make sure YOU listen to your body and look after yourself. Keep trying to do the videos as we love them xxx

Bit better in Cardiff today gray and looks like rain. At last feel a bit like my old self.
I hope you are feeling a bit better now . Me and the husband have been to Shropshire for a week it was lovely , we went to Powys too. X
