They have good aim in the lore, in Episode 4 they were told to miss on purpose so that a tracking device could be set on the Mullenium Falcon. Multiple sources site them as good shots, including one from legends saying they hit 75% of there shots and one for cannon saying they hit 1/5 of there shots. A soldire today would not hit close to 1/5 shots. Stormtroopers are infacy acurate.

Same except i have god tier aim for a day or 2 then i randomly become terrible all of sudden

It's not about time but more about routine. If you include like 20-30 minutes routine to your life for aim it will rise in time. You can also do more but i think the 20-30 minutes is optimal cuz the more time you spent the less the additional benefit there is.

@@theguccigoat being able to move doesn't completely invalidate the mouse control that you gain from aim training, movement does affect aim yes but you can use that to your advantage alongside the skill you build from aim training

Not to mention you can move in aim trainers too but it's doesn't matter since tracking skills work if you are moving or not since the target is still moving erratically compared to you anyhow.
