I could never see Mihoyo giving away a free 5 star like this but the game also wasn't nearly this unpolished on release.

@@harfi212 They've already pushed out some patches that have improved the game for a lot of players (myself included). I am sure they will do more. The COMPENSATION is better than anything I have seen from any gacha game. Ever. Including those that have had worse launches than this.

Let me ask you this, if you were to make a car will you be 100% accurate? No, cuz there are always issues, similarly a game isn't a perfect program, but rather it is the continuous improvement of a program that entails bugs, issues, and similar problems.

Just discovered recently and I'm liking your format of videos. I'm playing on PC and I'm not having all of the issues that people are describing, so I'm honestly just having a great time with WW. I also play Genshin and Star Rail so I know what to do in general, but this is a good game by my standards. Anyway, looking forward to more of your videos!

Nice! I got Lion shota from beginner then 20 pulled Jiyan & Mortefi from that ltd banner. Then I chose calcharo for selector banner. Then they announce this. Freaking great! Now my Jiyan team can have Verina & I'm all set for ver 1. Might support the game monthly if this goes on. WuWa supremacy.
Now if only there was more than 1 useful standard 5 star..

I’ve got Encore and Jianxin from selector, both early (I think maybe 40 pulls total) so this is definitely a solid account. Now I’m really torn on whether I should use this new selector on Verina or Calcharo. I like Jianxin+Encore and then I could go for Yinlin with Calcharo. But I would only have 1 support in Baizhi. How badly is Verina needed in late game? Do I need her so bad as to sacrifice the Calcharo+Yinlin dream? Tough choice! Help!
Verina is the best healer, so Verina unless you want someone cuz you like them personally
Yeah 100% Verina she is the best buffer/healer and will most likely not get powercrept for a while (since end game requires 3 teams)

you have to understand if they dont give out all these free stuff, they'll end up like tower of fantasy. bad first impression kills literally anything, if they dont fix literally everything wrong with the game as soon as possible, they essentially dug their own grave

Since we already have one selector and you might wait quite a bit to use it, to get a character... to get a second it might take a looooong time. Still, this is truly amazing. Meanwhile in Genshin there are players who play for YEARS and still are waiting for the particular standard 5* they want, bruhh...

kuro always give out S-Rank selector on big events in PGR this is nothing new. tho I'm amazed GI still haven't done this. while hsr and hi3 already done this hi3 in a lot of cases and anniversary

truth to be told, I've a very good pc and the game just feels laggy. Combat doesn't feel good either. Other issues I've come across is camera locking into a single point and you can't move it (no, it wasn't during a "See this thingy here"), also one of the choices for dialogue in the tutorial is bugged. Tho then again, the big killer for me is the bad optimization. Would be amazing to play at whatever fps my pc gives and enjoy a smooth gameplay

genshin really needed some fire up their ass, they've ignored so much community feedback for years and ramped up powercreeping recently since fontaine.
I'm in for the long ride so it doesn't matter that wuwa has some bugs right now cuz the devs seem to actually care and you get rewarded more for skills and smarts.

I really hope they optimize it fast because the frame drops are horrible. The ping shoots to 999 every time it happens and has made the game terrible. That's been my only big problem. I haven't had crashes yet.
