August - In My Quiet Place

This is pretty heavy stuff. I understand if you'd rather not watch. I just had to let out some stress. It's been a bit of a rubbish week....though getting out there and enjoying the countryside did help quite a lot.
If you're going through stuff as well, I hope it works out for you. Depression, anxiety and the like are not things I would wish on my worst enemy.
