This is a Bell 206L-3 LongRanger III. It is powered by an Allison (now Rolls-Royce) 250-C30 turboshaft engine. A smart looking aircraft. It looked like the camera operator was backing away from the helicopter, whilst the rotor was slowing down. This is very dangerous, as the rotor disc is not stable or under the pilot's control, whilst turning slowly.
