Why China never send inspector to spot check every 2-3 months to check on their own Panda, just because they rent out the Panda at USD 1 million per year they don’t care about their well being as long as their earn money, even thought USA zoo ill treated and cause the panda to died of hunger and suffer for 20 years but why it took China 20 years to find out? The person in charge of rent out the panda failed to protect their well being and I would like to see what is the report for the 20 years checking too
