Great video Jimmy. I have never sliced the pork ribs before placing in a grill or smoker. Maybe I'll give it a try in a week or so. But I do love my baby backs. So meaty and so forging. 1 to 1.5 hrs and they are done. I only dry rub. I tell folks I'm not insulated if they want to put sauce on but give it a try first before adding the sauce. I now have a lot of " converts" to dry rub. Especially those of us who have a decent amount of facial hair. 😂 Anyway have a great day. 🍻🔥

@CuffNStuffBBQ My brother the thing to do is dehydrate them and create your own rub...and that way you get to control the heat level in the rub.
