Refugio (the town and the county) is pronounced "re-fur-rio." The Anglos who moved there in the late 1800s could not pronounce Refugio en espanol ("Re-fu-hio.)" my mom's side of the family is from Woodsboro and I have eaten at the Frosty's many times.

They managed to ruin 2 good dishes in burgers and tacos. That frozen patty looks dry and bland. Probably get a better burger at BK.
