I have to select Account depending activities, employees, turn over/// and after search decision maker .. I didn't find the right way to do it And other question about is the RFM model compliant with a reccurly business ? Thanks

Great question. I have never tried it but i guess you can mix it. You will need to create a "view" in the crm module. Then you will need to Sync the "View" with Campaigns. Thats it.
Ah, this goes along the lines of my project to create a loyalty program. Besides the RFM criteria, though, I'd use others. Do you know if they're allowed? In other words, besides RFM, to factor in number of referrals and other quantitative parameters.

Sure. We built clients other reports based on their own needs. Anything is possible, as long as you know what is the criteria that you are after.
