This could be one of the nicest houses we've seen in Piliyandala, Sri Lanka! This house is a work of art, located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in Piliyandala. The house is surrounded by nature and the tranquility in the environment is perfect for those who love being away from the city while also being close enough to the necessary amenities and facilities of city life.
The house has a modern house design through it. As you enter the house you see large white pillars holding up a warm wood roof and a large wooden door as the entrance. On the side there is a small garden area with a wooden bench and a basketball court for kids to play. As you enter the house you get a warm and cozy feeling all around. When we get to the second floor we find another large TV lobby and living area. The balcony style design on this floor allows the residents to easily look down into the living area. There is a small bridge connecting the TV lobby area on the one side and the library style sitting area on the other. You get a large screen TV in the lobby and just next to it is another small corridor connecting to the balcony which overlooks the garden. This floor also has two bedrooms and one bathroom.
One floor up is the rooftop area. The washing machine is also on this level, as is large solar panels and a very spacious and calming rooftop. There is mostly greenery all around and a calm peace in the evenings.
The house plan is perfect for a small or even a large family. The separation of bedrooms from the ground and first floor allow for more privacy amongst the residents. Agreed. Sitting room could have been extended upto the staircase. The space between the Sitting room wall and the staircase is a waste.
The house has lot of light and quite nice.
