Hi Cat. I have been working on inversions again after taking a long break from practicing yoga. This video is very easy to understand and follow. Feeling shaking in my upper arms due to the dolphin pose but it feels amazing at the same time as I know that I'm gaining strengths in shoulder area. Thank you so much. I'm going to come back to watch it again tomorrow!
great progressions here. At the moment i'm working on my headstand endurance. I know my weakness is scapula strength. I am going to work on these. My teacher is an indian yogi, and usually busts out some difficult flow in a class. At the moment my elbows flare out a little when my forearms are down, this is the acid test. As I know this asana is not just about strong arms and core. Your're so right, I feel handstand would be physiologically easier than Pincha. I don't feel I need particularly excellent mobility to get a resonable line in handstand.
This was so helpful. I'm have open hips and splits are easy for me but I really struggle with my pincha. Everyone has always told me to look forward not back. Thanks for the tips, can't wait to try!
THANKYOU CAT!!! I’ve been trying for pincha for a while however I am very tall and lanky and I find kicking up is nearly impossible! Any advice for us lanky yogis our there? Even headstand is extremely hard for me 😭 I just wanna be a bad ass yogi
CAT , you are so gorgeous. I love it just watching you practice. It’s always frustrating because I will never come to your form. I am really fit , but yoga asanas drive me crazy😭 But it’s such a delight watching you. (sorry for my English)
Absolutely loved this flow and your personality. Thank you for sharing your practice 🙏🏻 Happy to connect with you on UA-cam
