If the agency is the party liable then he should have dismissed the case because the security guard was the one being sued and advised the plaintiff to sue the agency. If o. The other hand the guard is the right party liable, then the judge should not have ruled against the agency. The agency was never mentioned as a co-defendant.
Well I disagree with the judgement therefore I'd go to high court for an appeal The pastor did not listened to his guard who is an expect that there was danger.
