If they want us to pay almost 100 dollars for a gaming peripheral then they should design them to actually last. The only problem we had with controllers back in the day was the chord being damaged from wrapping them up and storing the controller. The actual components were never an issue. Now every controller i get has stick drift after 5 months
Something to note is, it isn't recommended to update to the latest firmware since there's alot of connection issues like bluetooh and the dongle. The new firmware won't let the controller to connect to the dongle, if it did the indicator will turn red and it will glitch out. For android or ios however, sometimes it won't detect or connect to your phone. However connecting it to pc wired will still work Stay at the old firmware before 5700 because its considered as the stable firmware

Yes I did update and I got the same issue while connecting with dongle the home button automatically turns red after like 2 3 seconds of being green and my controller is not working now I don't know what to do... Can you help me buddy?
@@sameertolang0718 well for me I just connected my controller with my charging cable and an otg cable since my phone wasn't detecting the controller via Bluetooth, I then headed over to the gamesir app and just downgraded my firmware version before the new one. Hope this helps
Hi, I wanna use this controller for gaming in NVIDIA SHIELD, connect it through BT 2 main purposes: 1 - using game stream to my PC, and play with it 2 - Play NVIDIA SHIELD games (from play store) will this controller do the job? Thanks!
you neeed to downgrade the controller back to 4200 hold the capture and home button and then connect it to ur phone or ipad then select upgrade other verson and then select 4200 its a bug with the new verson
You need to update the firmware on the controller first. I I also ran into this issue, after I upgraded the firmware, the controller was able to go into the pairing mode with the blue light
