Ogre is great if they hard opened the island.. it's also good to Ogre Hiita when they go to that line.. U can even Ogre their Apollousa or Masquerina during ur turn.
Prevent them from getting Sangen Summoning out at all costs, and if you can't either get rid of Sangen Summoning or find some way to negate or skip the battle phase. In my first victory against a Tenpai Dragon player I ashed Paidra, but he was still able to bring out Sangen Summoning, though I was able to destroy with the effect of Branded Beast before it was able to do any damage. I was able to wipe my opponent out on my next turn.
You need to understand that Sometimes negating the right thing might not still win you the duel so if your playing for fun dont sweat while trying to memorise all of this
@@HassanMohamed-zw8nn There are also some situations where your opponent might be trying to bait you into a negate to then play something else as part of a backup plan. The possibility of my Branded Fusion being ashed is one of the reasons why I have fusion duplication in my Branded Despia deck and why I have cards to retrieve it to my hand like Branded Retribution and Springans Kitt (Springans can also retrieve Branded Fusion if it has been banished as well).
Love this type/ kind of videos. Maybe you can do them with some other decks, which are not 100% top meta too like Blackwings, blueeyes, endlich, kashtira, drytron, numeron,... Would be great series
As a Drytron player, you’ll want to take our alpha if we go jack, use imperm or veiler (not ash) on mu beta, and ash the first Drytron tribute (especially if it’s alpha)
Blackwings -> save your ash blossom for vata the emblem of awakening. Same for Imperm/Veiler (you can also use it on Sudri the phantom glimmer). Droll stops them in their tracks since they do a TON of searching from the deck. Nibiru is also really good against them. If you have ghost ogre I’d use it on black whirlwind. Shifter is also an auto-win if you have it. Evenly Matched likely won’t do anything against Blackwings since they’ll usually end on one or more omni-negates. Kashtira -> Ash Blossom should be used on their Kashtiratheosis. If you have Imperm/Veiler, use it on Unicorn or Fenrir - whichever they summon first. Shifter is terrible against them (heck, they play it themselves). Nibiru may be good depending on the combo; since they don’t end on an omni-negate, if they go for the greedy combo (shangri-ira, fenrir, arise-heart) and you Nib them you pretty much win. Evenly Matched isn’t very good against them since they can recover their face-down banished cards with Arise-Heart anyway.
For labrynth, if OPP got Lady Labrynth on the field and trap cards on the field, use a quick effect to block the Lady Labrynth from getting any trap they want from their deck. Even if it costs you a Maxx C, called By whatever the case may be (DO NOT USE IMPERM because that does NOTHING), stopping OPP from getting that trap card like Daruma Cannon can turn the duel into your favour. Also there are way to stop Evenly Match depending on the deck profile they got. To stop Evenly from happening, you will need Cooclock, Lady Labrynth and a trap card. In battle phase, use trap, get EEV through Lady's effect, set it, then use cooclock, activate EEV and call traps. This way you can destroy that Evenly in hand before they can chain it.
As a WF player who could I never was once affected by Nibiru because I could put out Monster Negate in 3 summons or 4 easily and then continue my main combo
@Moha-MasterDuel First, a good player if they has like Aluber + Shroud, they will search in high spriit, then in high spirit, you should Ash that, Branded fusion at one, not three, so Ash In high spirit is very good, and second if they has a best hand possilble which is quem + in high + lubellion, you can't even Ash BF because they can search monster negate before resolve BF.
@@HoàngTùngLê-r5qjust stop. Everyone knows to save ash for the Brafu. Don't try to outthink the best play. If they have a cracked hand like that they were probably gonna build a good board anyway.
@@yzf.r1nick I don't say Ash BF is bad or sth, I just say, ash In high has the same impact as ash BF. And I am pretty sure I have better skill than you.
Ghoti is actually a really good matchup up against Tenpai, one of the few decks that straight up matches their BS. Field Spell Gone, whatever else you have I don't like, gone. All depends on if they can stop your plays.
for yubel I think imperm and veiler must be used on samsara if they did not start with opening since if they had it they whould have already used it to make a better combo and also if you used imperm or veiler on spirit is is possible that they have squirmer to dodge the negate or even nightmare pain in hand already
I really hate chimera So thank you for including chimera Whenever i battle them, ITS always long play like 5-6 turn 😂 They just keep coming and coming, their chimera Fusion also annoying
What about d.d crow, I have had good use of it when it comes to cards that are in the grave, for example tempai when you take a tempai monster from the grave to the field.
isn't nib fine against gimmick puppet? because you can in chain to a pop on the guys they summon to your field summon nib and tribute them to prevent the ftk(you won't necessarily win next turn ig but a play is a play)?
Dont negate the First katshira you see, they can be used as baits. Katshira use extenders that searches... This kills your impermanence and Ashe ... I use katshira + Ice barrier, and Works Fine. You need to confirm If its a pure katshira deck.
Im going to disagree on Branded, even if they nibiru, you float so much that it barely affects your board and you end up summoning a bunch in your opponents turn anyways, shifter on the other is far more cripling
Sanctuary is unograble
True, my bad on that one, Ogre overall not good against SEFK
@@Moha-MasterDuel saving it for your turn as they might use the second eff to summon eternity, guess that is the only chance

If I have a cooclock in hand for turn 2 I'll try it but tbh I only play one
I'll always be grateful for these vids
Chimera is so annoying if they finish their setup because their entire play is in their grave.
thank you moha~
as always straight to the point
Awesome video. This is really great. I love that you update these ❤
Thanks so much for the video! A Hand trap tier list of you would be cool too!
Best Christmas gift from moha, lets go
Truly the best Christmas present : a video on how counter every toxic deck
Appreciate you for updating these every new meta!
beautiful video, thanks
Yeah ! A new video of my favorite Yu gi oh Master duel Meta video format 😄!
Tenpai: Nothing works against this deck, Ash every single card they have.
Excelent video i learned all these things by the hard way.
Thank you moha i love you
Absolute W Christmas present! 🎉

What version are u playing? Cause I always get nibiru'ed :(
Thanks for the tips again. Just played against SEFK and Evenly Matched hepled winning 👍
Great video thank you very much

"Thanks moha" we all say in unison
I used to run one droll, now I'm convinced to use 3
What about making a guide for Cyberdragon? Actually is Mid tier with the recent support, and 90% of players love them!
Merry Xmas
So about Branded, you should Ash Branded in high spriit too, don't keep Ash only for Branded fusion, they can play around it

Any handtrap tips for Melodious? It seems like the deck is all gas, no matter what handtraps I threw at it.
You know surprisingly I haven’t gone up against white forest

I really hate chimera
So thank you for including chimera
Whenever i battle them, ITS always long play like 5-6 turn 😂

You might as well have said “for tenpai, hope you pull skill drain and anti-spell”
White forest moment
3:44 you can't ghost ogre Sanctuary since it's effect is on activation
Hurts that chimera is so hand trap weak lol but thanks for this video. Trying to climb the rest of the ladder and I never know what to negate lol
When it comes to beat tenpai -> basically just negate everything 😫
What about d.d crow, I have had good use of it when it comes to cards that are in the grave, for example tempai when you take a tempai monster from the grave to the field.
D.d crow is a budget called by the grave kinda like bystial monsters they banish without negating. It’s weaker but I guess it’s useful
Droll is still decent vs Fire Kings since it completely cuts access to fire king lines and reduces snake eye ash to IP Promethean Flamberge setup
Would you be willing to make a video on the best Secret Packs to pull from?

I thought flameswordsman infernoble would be up in the video

what about Kashtira deck, I face those a lot in MD
Dont negate the First katshira you see, they can be used as baits.
Katshira use extenders that searches... This kills your impermanence and Ashe ...

Ogre seems good this format
I play two of it and boy does it come in clutch every time it's in my hand
it seems like Im swapping nib, evenly and droll for ghost ogre?
We play Math Lab now 3 Ladies, set 5 pass WHATS AN ASH BLOSSOM?! 🗣️🗣️
Pls make a red eyes dragoon deck with a main combo
Its a longer list of what doesn't work on tenpai lol
Wait orge only destroys right? It doesnt negate. Basically the whole mst shenanigans. I dont main deck orge so i dont know.
That is true
Nice
U did not talk about DD crow
Can anyone please tell me how to out a dragoon . 😢
Please metmech!!!! I always lose to them even when i have nibru
Can some explain how to stop them??
State of the game: play 10 engine cards + 30 hand traps
Very boring
Yugi boomer spotted
The funny things is as much as I dislike Tenpai… it really is more like an anti-meta deck. It’s handtraps and go second for the win.
White Forest Runick isn't here because it's too op fr 🗿
And no Lady Labrynth, Hugin is my best friend. Please don't banish me 🗿
Remember guys. Always draw Dark Ruler No More along with Evenly Match. If you don't, you clearly lack skill

Ash is the most disgusting handtrap ever made. And yes, we do know Maxx C exist, but only one good format has it banned.
Ash is good, but not toxic. Its only that its effect is extremely generic
@Ningen247 thats what i mean :) most generic effect ever...covers 90% of all 10.000 cards. Should have been targeting atleast.
Ash is balanced strong card but not broken. Droll can be way more devastating than ash.
@DK-rq8co its not balanced if its been used in 90% of all decks in existence
