As a tusk act 2 user at this time, I think it's really good, Because The R move can snipe anything or anyone. You can Aim It In a complete different direction and you'll still hit a target, And the buffs with The T and x move make it unstoppable. Tusk act 2 is great.
Edit: I got act 4 In four days, Getting each act each day, Because I have school to do.
