im going to be honest gohan as great saiya-man going to save pan would have been one of the best things and would have made the movie 10x better.
Agreed, the idea of him showing up all in costume and starting off his fight with Gamma 1 doing his whole Great Saiyaman bit would make for fun banter between the two and then when he goes Beast, they could've had a cool shot of him with the cape flowing behind him or something like that.

Btw Steedoj: character customes confirmed! We hadn't seen any characters using different clothes as of yet (just different versions of the same characters), but with Tien wearing his old outfit, there's the confirmation.
His character icon has him wearing his Super outfit, but he's wearing his classic green pant outfit.
That is to say, it's not "Tien (Early)", it's simply Tien
Now this is what I'd like to see.
A thing that xv2 has and sparking doesn't have is if your defeated in super sayian or certain transformations, you don't revert back to base. I think it would improve minor immersion
Characters going back to base after being defeated would be nice to have, yeah.
They shoulda had him in the shades and turban. Then, when he transforms into beast, the turban flies off and he takes the shades off.

oooooh i just noticed, there are two android mechanics in this game the one with 17 and 18 they get ki overtime or by punching, but Dr.Gero doesnt gain Ki by punching or overtime. you actually need do absorb stuff to get Ki for him. Interesting.
They need to fix broly that’s angry form is not his base

They can't improvise at all. Every character has to be taken straight from the moment they were seen in the anime. Like imagine you gain the ability to upgrade them. What's the concept of upgrading a character they picture as dead. That's so discouraging. We want alive frieza at his core

Tbh it’s better gohan has only one arm cuz in most games he’s in when he had 2,most of his supers only had him using the arm that wasn’t lost even though he had 2 damn arms. It just made no sense. Also pretty sure friezas halo is just cosmetic cuz in the demo every UA-camr tried,frieza only had a halo if you chose golden frieza but when you chose final form frieza he doesn’t have the halo even when he transforms into golden frieza

Frieza in the demo also has a variation without the halo. If u choose final form frieza to start out he has no halo when he turns golden. I’m also certain that Saiyaman and Videls attack was in tenkaichi 3 but she was in her saiyaman 2 outfit.

Its so weird that they didnt even mention saiyaman in dbs super hero. How would you make a movie about gohan fighting superhero pastiches and not even mention him being a superhero, i mean imagine dr hedo's reaction to learning hes helping the red ribbon fight an actual superhero
My only concern is what the charge rate will be for Android-type characters. It doesn't look like Gero had much ki to work with in the gameplay, and didn't even use a super.
