CHIANG MAI, THAILAND - Welcome to the laid back and friendly city of Chiang Mai in Northern Thailand. Today we’re going to Khun Kae’s Juice Bar in the center of the old town of Chiang Mai to eat 100% fruit smoothies, booster shots of green juice, smoothie bowls, and even some grain kefir.
It was also great to hang out with my friend Dwight from Courageous Kitchen (courageouskitc...) for this all out fruit excursion.
We started easy with some booster veggie shots like turmeric and gotu kola, followed by a wheatgrass shot. Then we went into smoothies, which there is a huge variety you can choose from. Next I tried a green smoothie bowl, and finally ended with a kefir, not made from dairy, but from grain.
Khun Kae’s Juice Bar is really a fantastic place to have a smoothie and a shot of nutrients. Highly recommended when you’re in Chiang Mai, Thailand!

Every time I’m in Thailand, the first thing I grab is a nice cold Chang beer in the Bangkok airport and then I find a smoothie street cart for a coconut shake

Hello, your number one fan from Colombia. Hope one day I can visit some of the places you have been. Boston ( Italian influence) , San Pedros Fish Market, Tour in Mexico DF with the Tacos, etc. Thailand and my country are similar in their fruits they produce. We have a lot of other ones that maybe dont grow there. You should try some day our Juice of Lulo.Its awesome. Saludos from the land of Coffee.

Best fruit in the world indeed! I had yellow flesh watermelon and pineapple on Phuket back in 1991 and have never found a satisfactory equal in the U.S. since that time. I entirely gave up on eating either fruit here because they are invariably disappointing.

This looks wonderful! So healthy and comfortable looking. I'm curious as to how they make their smoothies (use a vitamix? how much liquid with the fruits/veggies?).
It was a powerful blender, but also rather than too much liquid I think a lot of ice to keep it fluffy and cold.

I love seeing different content! We are soooo deprived of really ripe fruit here in Europe, due to obviousd transport factoras so eating local is out best bet. Here in the so-called garden of England one of the best ways is to pick your own fruit farms. We have lots of soft fruits, cherries, and amazing apples and pears!

This avocado is sweeter than the Mexican one and very common in Brazil, I believe it is a Brazilian species and we usually drink it with milk using sugar or honey and we hit it in a blender. I believe that we are the only country that consumes in this way.
Nope, I had sweet avocado drinks just as you described throughout the Middle East as well. At first, I thought it was strange, but now I love it! They added nuts as well.

I introduced my kids to passion fruit when we attended a wedding for my brother-in-law. My daughter loved it from the start. To this days eating passion fruit is all she ever talks about when we mention the wedding.

Don't you have all type of Acid Gas Body Problems Allergies and other Food Allergies?! Before I never had acid allergies nor other food allergies problems. Since last year starting having all type of unusual food allergies and food problems which is horrible. Even too many food products does not taste anymore. I eat very simple light food that prevents me having food allergies.
I buy celeri in large quantities because I make a celeri juice every morning. I was wondering if celeri is easy to find in Thailand. I never see any on the market videos on youtube. I can see that this shop uses celery ! So IT IS possible to find celeri in thailand ! Is it imported ? is it expensive there ? Do you find it on the market sometimes ? Or is it a luxury item ?
