Thank you for doing such a wonderful job on your tutorial video and for the thorough and helpful links below. I am converting a cupboard unit I found for free, it's new and laminated particle board with a hinged door. I have laid the cupboard down making it a horizontal box, about 8" - 10" longer than the Styrofoam cooler you have , it's bigger in width and the depth is fine for both, starter and bread rising and should work, at least I hope. I will drill a hold in the side to put my corded 40 watt, incandescent bulb, with the female electrical socket mounted on a large drilled through cork that I think is insulation at the electrical side, near the cord. I will follow up with my outcome. Yours was the best video, I found out of the many I viewed, the simplest, smartest and easiest to comprehend.

Contrary to intuition, it is the power consumption of the heater that counts. A 15W led bulb or less will do the job. It will also prevent temperature overshoot of the box air heating. In a box like that less is more.
Slower rises make for better flavour.

Hello, in order to achieve the right temperature you need to switch on/off the bulb how many times?

That happens automatically. You do nothing, the Thermostat does all of the switching on and off the bulb.
