Awesome , my grandsons 8 and 10 are trying this technique . They are a little heavy with the paint 😅. You are awesome!!
Beautiful!!
Your work is stunning!!
Amazing love them both
so pretty I love these
I love both of those coasters. I really love the design you did on the 1st 1. I'd love to make a suncatcher or coaster or something like that the way you did the 1st 1 but I can't draw that good.
I am actually going to give this a try it is awesome
Stunning! My fav is the lotus flower but love both.
🤩🥰💕thank you!!
I like the flower😀 Am doing something similar. Hopefully turns out good!
So very beautiful!!! Thank you for sharing Nadia! 💞🙏🙂😚 GORGEOUS! 😲👍👏👏👏
🤩💖🥰thank you Pam💕
absolutely beautiful!
💖🥰🤩thank you Cindy!
So pretty!!! You definitely challenge me to work hard on creating something beautiful. Just a newbie:) 😂
💖💖💖 the line painting is the most difficult part, but otherwise, these are great for newbies... because everything is in separate stages so there's no rushing to finish up before the resin cures😊
I will give it a try:) just need to get washi tape.
These are stunning. the shimmer and variegated colors are gorgeous. I love the lotus flower best
Im in love with these, i just got a delivery of washi tape...thank you for that gorgeous demonstration.
🎉🎉🎉have fun! Can't wait to see what you create!💕
I did it but forgot not to fill it up, so I’ll have to put a dome coat on them, love it!
Gorgeous. Gorgeous. Gorgeous.
Both are wonderful, as always it’s a tough choice, but I would have to pick the Whale version. Oh, and I placed an order last night with the Washi Tape Shop, hope I can make something half as pretty as this 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
💖🥰🤩thank you so much! And🎉🎉🎉 that's amazing! I can't wait to see what you create!💕
Nadia these coaster are gorgeous. I cannot pick a favorite because they are both so beautiful. You are one very talented and creative lady. I checked out the washi tapes and cannot decide on what to select because I love love sooo many of them. Thanks for sharing another technique that results in beautiful outcomes. ❤️❤️❤️👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🌸🌸🙏🏽🙏🏽
🥰💖thank you, much appreciated💕 It's definitely addicting to go down the washi rabbit hole😅 but it's a beautiful and fun place to be!🤩🥰
Nadia, again another winner!!!! Simply magnificent!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Awesome Nadia. Not too many artists do Lotus coasters. Love 💕 it !
These are so incredibly beautiful and unique! I am so in awe of your talent!
💖🥰🤩thank you! So glad you enjoy them!
Just gorgeous as usual! I just put that very group of washi tape in my cart a couple days ago. I loved it the moment I saw it. Now, to learn how to draw 😏 lol
Thank you for inspiring us all 🤗💕
💖💖💖that's awesome! It's a gorgeous set! I hope you got a discount with my code liadia10 😊💕
Nadia This is amazing so beautiful and gorgeous really outstanding fabulous tutorial love it
🤩💖🥰thank you so much Linda! I'm so happy you enjoyed it, I thoroughly enjoyed making it💕
I can't keep up with you! This is beautiful. I'm still trying to master the glitter effect 😂😂
😅🥰💖 no worries... once you master each individual technique, the fun is in mixing and matching them!😁
Very, very, very good work♥️
May I know what material you're drawing in?
And thank you ✋🏼 😘
Both
💖💖💖
Wow wow! Another awesome video. I’m in love with these coasters. Love your design, washi tape and the colors you used.
I love both styles the same. The ocean one I can attempt to make because I can draw lines😂🤣Thanks so much for sharing💙💜💗
🤩💖🥰thank you Johnnie! So glad you like them and I hope you do try it out💕
Gorgeous as usual! I used the shading technique when I did my hummingbird and flowers hanging one. Love how these turned out! 🥰💕🥰
💖🥰thank yup, I'm sure yours turned out lovely💕
Absolutely in love with your art style with the washi tape. I follow you on Instagram and the resin group on FB. - I almost gave up on resin until I saw your work, you've become my inspiration and I can't wait to try this technique out (with my own original idea's of course.
❤️❤️❤️,, Did you mix varnish with mica colors?
Why didn't you mix mica with resin?
So gorgeous... love these... Thank you for video it is amazing to watch you create.. hugs Sheryl 💙🎃💙
🤩💖🥰thank you Sheryl💕 because of the fast forward timelapses, it looks like a quick process, but I really enjoy the slow, meditative process of painting like this🥰
@@LiaDiaDesigns I agree i find it very relaxing to create this way. You are amazing at this. Hugs. 💙🎃💙
Absolutely stunning.... prior to doing washing tape and outline did you have small amount of cured epoxy under or did you just do on top of blank mold
Yes, I believe I mentioned it and there was a pop-up info box that explained that as well😊
I am so sorry.i have no idea how I missed that. You not only told us verbally but also in a text box on top left. Thank you
I love your work!
How do you finish the the borders which are usually edgy?
💕thank you, I don't understand what you mean regarding the edges...?
@@LiaDiaDesigns what I meant is ,when you unmoulde a coaster, the edge around it is usually rough, how can I fix this?
Thank you for answering so quickly!
I send you all my love from Athens Greece 💖
@@lilalila99 I add a 2nd topcoat or dome coat... you can see the process in this video ua-cam.com/video/XZ30lFwuj70/v-deo.html
Very nice project..curious to know why varnish and not resin and also can anything else be used to outline instead of pebeo relief? I’m new to all of this and learning. Thanks for sharing the video 😊
I use varnish because it allows me to take my time with my designs....my resin starts to set and cure within 20 minutes, and I prefer not to rush, plus i don't need to wear my respirator mask when I'm using the varnish . If you have a slower curing resin, you can definitely use that instead. Your choice. I have another video of outliner alternatives, I'll link it in another comment below
ua-cam.com/video/nS7eoiw_bbI/v-deo.html
Thank you 😊
I love these! I’ve got supplies ordered to try them! Thank you!
Love these equally- do you free hand draw your designs. Or is there patterns available?
I freehand draw all my designs... but I hope/plan to make stencils soon💕
did u leave the coasters in there molds till u used them?whats the head gun for if u wait till it drys?can u mix the mica with something else?or can u use normal paints
The heat gun is to remove surface bubbles... I have another video where I show options for colouring the stained glass areas
I just your work, outstanding. You should sell your templates, I would definitely buy them!
🤩💖🥰thank you! Definitely something I'm considering!
Soooo beautiful!! Love these! Thank you for the tutorial! very interested in trying your methods and am accumulating the supplies. curious as to why you did a 2nd top coat and did you use the free pour method instead of putting them back in the mold? Also, regarding the resin, why the preference of low viscosity vs medium viscosity? Sorry for the newbie questions and Thank you!!
Thank you🥰 recently I've been adding a 2nd topcoat which gives the coaster a bit of a domed effect...I just like it a little better, but it's not necessary... I do the 2nd coat after the coaster is removed from the mold. I use both medium and thin... medium for all resin techniques like flowers... for these mixed medium pieces, I like to use thin because there's less issues with bubbles... the thicker resins can be a bit more finicky with bubbles.
I put some gold leaf resin to make my son name. But the extra stick too not only on the glue but the square gold leave are there how do I remove the exra !! To only left with the name!! I tried brush . Even sharp edges it not working.the resin used it crystal n it was properly dried!!
im from australia what else can u use for the stain glass thats like a 3d.and when u rub your finger on it does it feel raised? and do these work cause resin will be like glass.what have u dont the pic on
Hi, I just created a new video where I tested it a bunch of options 😊 ua-cam.com/video/nS7eoiw_bbI/v-deo.html
Do you put a coat of resin before you paint it
Wow Wow, Stunning, Well done Nadia. I have just done my first washi tape coaster, I am not very good with the liner yet. Are your patterns available? Thank you for sharing . Maria xx
Can I use Acrylic paint instead of mica powder?
Possibly, but just a touch if you want it to be semi transparent
@@LiaDiaDesigns , Thank you. I always look forward to your work. You are a great inspiration 🙏
What is the name of the Washi tape you used?
I stumbled upon your page looking for inspiration.your work is breath taking. I love them both. I am a beginner so I am awe struck by your talent
