Hi, Very well detailed series on the EBC trek. I can say the most detailed one on youtube. Thanks a lot for sharing all the details. I'm also planning to do the trek in the month of March. I see that you have used the solar charger on your trek, did that really help? Where you able to get enough power output using the solar charger to keep your devices charged or carrying that extra weight is not worth it?
1st of all thanks a lot for liking the series.. hope u soon reach ebc successfully.. to answer ur queries.. 1) Anker 21 watt solar panel is the best brand in international market.. it cost me around 14000 inr from amazon 2) each and every day my 2 cell phone and 2 action cameras were charged till 100% .. and i am super satisfied with the performance gor 15 days performance at a stretch.. however the charging speed will b slow as u know it is converting natural energy sunlight for charging ur device 3) it cannot be used to charge power bank as the power bank batteries mah is too high to get charged by natural energy 4) it is a live charger, it cannot store charge like powerbanks to use at night.. simply it will work in sunny weather..it will stop working at cloudy weather or in shadows 5) u can watch the panel performance in separate episodes if u dont skip as i specifically showed the way it is charging my device To sum up u can blindly buy it just to charge ur action cam, mobile and such devices only except powerbank at sunny days.. ( morning 9 to evening 4 while trekking when sunlight is available)
@@FINALDESTINATION1 Thanks for the prompt reply. The info you provided will help a lot. I will surely buy the Anker solar charger as per your recommendation. Also, one more question, will there be enough sunlight on the mountains in the month of March for the solar charger to work? What months did you travel in? Once suggestion for you , could you please add date stamps on your videos so that the viewer knows what day and month it is.
@@kaprkunal actually i added the filming date in description box of the episodes to keep the video frame clean for viewing... I travelled on 7 Nov 2021 trek started on 8th nov.. u will easily get sunlight in March.. but the sunlight will b powerful after 9am.. and u can continue charging till 3 pm.. hang it back or at chest according to sunrays position and ur device will be charged 100%..

Splendid job Aryan... Not a worthless word anywhere.. priceless effort.. and what a way to begin this video.. hitting the nail on the spot. You are a very considerate person. A passing thought anyway: the audio should be better in some places Aryan. I am slightly hard of hearing, I am getting old Aryan... Just a thought, my thought. All in all, a wonderful effort here by you. You seem to be able to read many minds. Best wishes. Waiting for the next series..
Thank you sir...yes I am working on the audio... I need to buy some gears for more crisp audio.. I am always happy to get suggestions because that is the way I can improvise myself... More happy to see you loved the starting message...🙂🙂🙂
For Air Travel, as far as I know, 100Wh is allowed and 160Wh if written approval is obtained from airlines. I see you have 80000mAh powerbank. How did you manage to pass or you haven't used any flight at all?
You are absolutely correct.. 100 Wh is equivalent to around 25000 mah.. Nobody stopped me in India and Nepal but in my recent trip to Australia and New Zealand, it was not allowed in Kuala Lumpur airport at Malaysia during stopover flight.. the next series is upcoming on that journey.. strongly suggested not to carry 80000 mah on flight however u can carry multiple 20000 mah power banks
Hello friend. thanks for your sharing videos. it was such a GREAT and complete videos I've ever watched further. I've watched them all. Even I had a problem with the language barrier, but I'd thinked I get the point. I had a few questions to ask. Kindly I hope you answer my question.. 1. Do I need to booked the ticket from Lukla to Kathmandu in Advanced ?? I was wondering if I get any 1 or 2 days longer then the trekking plan. 2. Do they ( national park officer ) ask for our trekking plan ? when were we coming back, what is our destination trekking plan, etc ?? I will get a slow and enjoy the whole trek. and I think I will get another 1 more day in Namche when trekking down to Lukla to rest. 3. I'm asking about the Insurance that you're explaining about. I don't get the point. Is an Insurance is a MUST to have if I'm doing solo trekking without any guide and porter ? 4. Last question, how much possibility could I have to getting lost to trek EBC, Gokyo, & Chola pass ? I had a tough Big plan follow your path in march 2023. with no guide or porter at all. you are inspiring me. and you are very very strong. never give up. Thanks from Indonesia

Don't take insurance.. absolute not necessary.. 4) Absolute no possibility of getting lost in EBC and ChoLa ..trail is very well marked and properly visible on ground.. no need of searching.. just on the day of reaching Gokyo u need to get down to a giant dry glacier..that is confusing..no trail is there.. but simply follow blue markings on the big boulders..that is painted to cross the glacier without searching the trail for trekkers.. see my Gokyo video ..u will understand about that blue Mark.. Very happy to see I inspired u from such long distance..i know u have more doubt and questions which u can easily ask here..i will answer all ..or contact in Facebook I'd - Aryan Fights Back.
