Hi actually I have to create a new dss settings I will create the settings as u shown in video but my question how that value will be passed to that particular property means we should create activity to pass that value am bit confuse could u help me with this it will be more help full
Hi Subhash, as I mentioned in the video it can be used to keep environmental related setting or something related to your application also. For example you might want to fetch only a particular no of rows from a table, there you can use a DSS.
Hi Prakash, When condition is tagged to a ruleset version that means it is in a locked ruleset. whereas DSS is data instance which is unlocked and can be updated directly in production.
@@NikitaKanoria how? By means of Dev Studio? Records-SysAdmin-Dynamic System Settings? I mean, do we have to have access to Dev Studio in Production or is there another way through Admin Studio or App Studio?
Great explanation nikita.Very easy to understand.Keep it going.
Thanks Sravan

Interviewee asked me
What is main relation between dss and when condition
Hi Prakash,
When condition is tagged to a ruleset version that means it is in a locked ruleset. whereas DSS is data instance which is unlocked and can be updated directly in production.
