    Brad man myth the legend the reason I train is to escape reality coz when I'm training I'm in my own world I'm happy I don't think about work or family or relationship but what I will do is brill people I hate into my mind or people I look upto in my life like you and it motivates me but once I step out the gym reality hits you that you gotta go and pay bills gym help me through being depressed it was therapeutic for me

      No. He'a saying if you're normally 240, and loading the creatine gets you to 250 you will move more weight. Powerlifters do it all the time. Eat a salty meal with lots of rice the night before lifting. You hold more water, and your lifts are better.

    Creatine improves adenosine triphosphate (ATP) synthesis. When you lift, ATP is expended and needs to be restored. So, if you use creatine, you will be able to perform more reps - due to the extra ATP.
    So, the effects of creatine are: More energy (ATP) = more reps = more gains = more muscle mass. And as Bradley stated - creatine make muscles retain more water; which also increases your lean body mass. If you stop taking creatine, your body weight will drop due to less water. But your muscle mass will stay the same - even though you might be repping less weight...due to less ATP. Does this make sense?

    Brad v Kevin: Endurance lifting. Each of you will pick 3 exercises and pick a weight that you can do, but challenges you after a certain amount of reps. Example: set your weights up for a deadlift and just go from there. Not about speed, just the # of reps accomplished. Referee should be Brandon/Trent.

    Solid video brother. Alsooo!! Creatine is the first energy source the body uses during exercise (through the creatine phosphate system). So if you are "loading" your muscles with creatine, they will have quickly accessible energy. One of the reasons it's beneficial to supplement with it. I found it to help my energy levels in the gym while on low carbs. The extra creatine can help make up for the lack of muscle glycogen on a low carb diet to a certain extent.

    Creatine breaks down into creatine phosphate & ATP within the body when you take it. ATP is the molecule that provides energy in your body and this lasts for about 6-8 seconds at the beginning of a set. That's why using creatine is good when training heavy because you have sort sharp bursts of lots of energy!

    100% correct on the competitive fitness scene. When I wanted to start competing it was suggested I visit the local host for the contest and pick up some trunks there... which felt weird. Go to the judge to buy your trunks.... I never competed

    Challenge it should be a obstinate course like strength wars. Obviously throw in some stuff Kevin can actually do. So maybe do stuff that's both strength based, agility based, stamina based, and end it with an eating contest. Maybe like squats, then into pull ups, then bench, sprint down the turf, push the sled back, then snatches, and finally since you will both be tired from the work you have some type of food to eat.

    Creatine is stored in muscles as an extremely quick energy system. Supplementing with it can increase the amount stored in the muscle. This increases the persons ability to continue to produce a lot of force when fatigue would normally set in. Basically it makes you stronger.
    Bradley is the man, but this is what creatine does for you. Look up the ATP-PC system.

    Creatine doesn't help by increasing body weight and water weight lol, it helps ATP regeneration as it is the molecule which transports phosphate to turn ADP (after muscle contraction) into ATP (the molecule required for the muscle to contract) - essentially the more creatine you have, the quicker you can get your muscles to regenerate their ability to contract

    awesome insight into the industry - never heard it from someone on the inside and a top comp but its so true. sounds like the corporate world (how can the big wigs profit from your sacrifice and blood/sweat/tears in the popularity contest)..I quit subjective sports to run track & field bc the winner is flat out the winner, the fastest person that day in x event
