I've been a fan since I saw them at CBGBs back in the 80s. Perfect fusion of metal, hard rock, jazz and funk as I see it. Corey Glover is a great vocalist, a hellacious rhythm section with the GODLIKE presence of Vernon Reid on guitar. In my top 5 greatest bands... period! It would be nice if you could address the lyrics and video. THIS WAS NOT A PARTY SONG. This song and this band is important. You should recognize that. Peace!

I was a Bodybuilder back in the 80's and 90's. EVERY SESSION We would get in the gym and CRANKED this at full tilt, and set the session off on a hyped vibe.

One of the greatest bands of all time
This song really has it all. Incredible vocals, deep lyrics, a consistently relevant message, thundering drums, impeccable groove, and one of the most face-meltingest guitar solos of all time. It's absolutely timeless. It's just so visceral and chest pounding, it's impossible to not air guitar and sing along.
Pay attention to the lyrics!!!! Lyrics are deep. "Big brother" aka "puppet master"
Doing a show with these dudes this summer. As a young drummer in the 80s, their rhythm section inspired me a lot. Great band and a great surprise when I saw this on the schedule

Modernity is generally unaware, but for you to generalize a country of 330 million people vs the rest of the world indicates to me you missed the point of the song entirely. After all, the cult of personality is most easily found in governments, if not entertainment. Describes the whole world.

I've been watching this channel for a long time and I was hoping I got them right, and I was validated in my intuition, the Wolf Hunters are the real deal. Most reactions to this song only see color, "OMG! They're black?!". But they didn't even for a moment think that way, this is what we should all be aiming for - recognizing people for their talent and not even giving a moments notice to their ethnicity. Love you guys for your correct and real reaction. I have a restored faith in the human race.

They opened for The Rolling Stones in the Oakland Coliseum while the sun was still out. I was probably 15.... 1989 I think. There was almost no one in the stadium. I rocked these amazing dudes from the front row. Whoop Whoop. Seriously, not more than a One Hit Wonder. That's amazing they didn't do more. Couple more good to ok songs, but not to get excited about like this. Cult of Personality is Epic!!!!

Living Colour is MASSIVE. SUPER-talented, insane musicians and they write songs about stuff that matters! Excellent band! i've seen them a few times in concert and i've met the drummer, Will Calhoun, at the NAMM show. Amazing. Check out a song of theirs called "Information Overload". Insane!
