I don't have Tsuru so I use raizo/shinobu instead and they are still a crazy good team. Kuzan and Kuma on bench. I am so happy shooters can compete with top teams now ❤

I would prefer Uta and Bear more so that you can spam specials more. The new Buggy is also nice.
Ussop/Lilith, Nami/Carina, Int Sabo, Int Yamato, Ivan, Cat, Saul and Inazuma should work great for Cerebral. But more Defense and lacking some damage. Robin/Koala as an option for more damage

I tried these. Unfortunately shooters have been more reliable. I love uta and s-bear but the Hibaru, usopp/lilith, and raizo/shinobu combo is insane. I can't wait to see what buggy will do though.
