The most op thing about demon inosuke is that all of his skills would be raised including his natural ability to sense even the smllest of movements meaning his reaction speed would be on a totally different level to the point he'd be even more aware of moments than someone like kokushibo
But you have to consider the only reason he has those skills was because he grew up in the mountains, raised by boars. He gained those abilities because he needed to adapt to his environment, he wouldn't have those abilities if he wasn't thrown into the woods and raised by boars.

There's some problem with he premise that is even if he can become a demon, we still don't know if being a demon means you can't grow anymore from that point or you can still grow just don't aged pass a certain age. If it's the first one it can be said that he will just stay weak or at the very least his body will never become adult and I don't think the situation will look good for him at all.
on the train arc tanjuro was about to kill himself because of the sleeping but inosuke stopped him so i think it would be another bad ending because without inosuke, tanjuro would have killed himself and not gave the hasiras there mark.
