I hope you kids re-release Where She Was with Alex singing. but either way, it's one of my all-time favorite songs, and I'm 50. That's how good that song is! Keep on making music. Talent like yours comes along once in a generation.
Every time I watch these super talented kids it brings a smile to my face! Hope to one day see you in Woodstock, Ont. Would love to see a cover of both Your Love by the Outfield and Rebel Yell by Billy Idol.

@@kidsalonebandthese kids are so talented the tracks aren’t even needed! That said, these kids use technology almost seamlessly. Addie’s groove and pocket make the notion of a click invisible- she’s an unbelievably capable drummer, especially for 14! The keyboard patches and guitar patches are spot on and they all work well with In Ears, which many older professional musicians often find challenging. The FOH mix is great, better each time I click onto you guys. I assume Dad is handling that, great job to all the parents. Not only are these kids talented, but they seem like really nice kids. Well done!
The use of technology can be looked at in so many ways... Essentially, playing a guitar is two hands and the instrument, right? So, by using MIDI to handle program changes (different sounds and effects), Alex can be standing anywhere on stage and just PLAY. You'll notice very little pedal interaction at all now. (If only the guitars tuned themselves!) Same thing for Louis as his keys are automatically set to whatever sounds he requires. And tracks are given a bad rap... no one thinks adding in the intro to "Too Much Time" or "Another Brick" is anything but cool, right? So, if every player on the stage is playing their leads, singing their parts, doing all they can as one single individual... are we really worried about some strings, pad or some other secondary part (we're looking at you "rhythm guitar"...) that beefs up the mix? There's a big difference between that and say, an acoustic guitar player who has a full band of tracks behind them... that's just modified karaoke. :) Many, MANY of our songs are merely the click for programming alignment purposes and not a single other thing.
@@kidsaloneband point well taken and understood. You guys in no way need to defend the use of technology as it truly enhances the core of what these kids do. You’re right- big difference between what’s happening in LTKA and a single performer using canned tracks. I guess what I meant is that they can easily get “away with it” without the tracks, but again no need to apologize as their core performance is spot on. I marvel at Alex’s ability to play so many tricky parts while singing and do both at such a high level! Looking forward to more great things from LTKA! Big fan here in N.E. USA!
GREAT show!~ some of these songs are a bit tricky and you nailed 'em all!
Haven't watched you guys in a couple of years. That bass player's voice is mature and distinctive. Great job!
Great show, gang! Glad to see "Everything And More" back (should be in every show!!) And the return of "Still Got The Blues"!! Yes!!!!!!! Love it!
Outstanding concert by some amazing young rock and rollers!! Propz to all the bandmates and for all the tech crews assisting. Very bright futures...

Fantastic as ever. Suggestion: Move the camera so the awesome drummer is more visible.

👍❤️
1st Song. The Cars "Just what I needed". Sounds like the original. The organ/keys sound great on this one. Awesome. 😊
2nd Song. Bon-Jovi "It's my LIfe". Vocals sound great on this one. Great followup song to *The Cars!* 😊
The choreographed dance moves on the ZZ Top song was Very Cool.... 🙂
May swap out a Fractal Axe8 for that Pod Go, it always sounds so good.
Are you guys going to be putting out any CD
I assume that's a PDP Twisted Ivory finish right?
Exactly!
Where is that extra guitar coming from ?????
It comes from an unapologetic click track, especially since it’s Alex playing it anyway.
