I occasionally refer to Ms. Dalal's recipes, they are easy to follow and the food turns out delicious. Thank you Ms. Dalal and your Oondhiya recipe is flavorful and sumptuous.

This is much better and simpler (also healthy) recipe compared to other I saw. One question- Why keep banana with peel for cooking? The peel may have pesticides and chemicals on it. Can we just use peeled banana?

One more great recipes from you again, I have cooked it before and it took me three hours and needed lots of oil. This method is really cool - cooks faster and very little oil. Tarla ji .. we donot eat onion & Garlic so what can i replace garlic with? pls let me know as my husband is an oondhiyo fan... though we are tamilians based out of mum... my husband loves gujarati food... at our place gujrati food is our daily diet..

Really easy n healthy recipy
This is much better and simpler (also healthy) recipe compared to other I saw. One question- Why keep banana with peel for cooking? The peel may have pesticides and chemicals on it. Can we just use peeled banana?
If the bananas peeled and added it will get mashed in the cooking process.. Just make sure you wash the bananas and then add them with the peel..

coconut is the main taste in oondhiya, use less if you wish....
