Nice video with plenty of detail.Well done
nice video
Thanks
What are you using for ballast? And where did you get it?
We like to use 1/4" limestone chip and we get it from our local stone quarry
Cool what size is that layout in ft thanks
We have 4 ft diameter curves and 3ft of straight track on each side so the over all diameter is 7ft / 4ft
Thanks so much after watching your videos iam now thinking about making a garden railway Thanks keep posting them 😊
@@colscopters I would say go for it... it is a very fun and rewarding hobby... and you can start small and always expand later...
I saw some train and stuff to build a garden train. But I was suprised by the price. Is it normal to buy a train for 3.400 € ?
Definitely not. The LGB 30th Anniversary set used in this video should never be purchased for more than $300/200 CAN/USD. Used brass/stainless track for under $5/foot, new it's $8-10/foot.
Ok , it looks good but please explain the purpose of having a separate mini-ring of tracks completely detached and disconnected from the main line ….
We did a smaller loop so that we could have more than one train running on track power.
@@TrainBrosRailway Time for RailPro or DCC :)
hey is that train shed waterproof and where did you get it ?
"water resistant " and we bought it second hand.
