Dealing with entitled cranky customers is not fun!! I told a customer yesterday that he could put his items on the counter and when he went to pay he called me a bitch 🤷. Thank you Phoenix for my dose of vocal melatonin 😴. I'm lucky enough that I don't have any neighbors like in these stories!! And thank you embers for always having my back 🫶🫂

I used to work with the public and considered myself a "people person", as they say. The older I have gotten, the less tolerance I have for stup1dity. Unfortunately, it's everywhere. I stay home and have limited contact with people. Sometimes my mouth says what I'm thinking and some people are offended by my outspoken personality. Hang in there Sweetie. You have this. I've worked Customer Service jobs (quite a lot actually).
If I may insert my 2 cents here: Name it & I've been called it. Know what I did when that happened? I looked them in the eye and said, "Thank You!"
Nothing pisses a nasty customer off than showing them that their ugliness didn't affect you!
Yes, it hurts. But trust me, it bothers them more. LOL! Stay strong, Kimberly. You are WAY tougher than that kind of ugly in the world.

I know ONE of my neighbors but, I still keep them at an arm's length away. She has cancer & I decided to keep her yard mowed all Summer. Very sweet lady.
