Very nice design..Just would've liked rhe study down stairs and the bathroom upstairs. And a separate laundry area as opposed to it being in the bathroom.
I would like it but I would have to have the outside balcony screened in to keep the cats from trying to jump off and kill themselves. That way you can sit out there and enjoy the day and night without bugs bothering you.
