Definetly not that rare to be be on self improvment or even knowing about it, i know two guys (one is my classmate the other from a different class) both of them are extremely well of in their school journey. The friend from the other class is CRAZY shreded and my classmate is an extremely high status student. We often talk about working out, attraction and help each other out. But thats not to say that eveyone knows about SI. I try my best to help others but they arent interested unfortunately.

I started self improvement at early 13 it really worked out I learned a lot of morals and my skills improved and I became obsessed with kickboxing but I got asthma and a ton of problems it's been almost 4 months since I trained I really missed it left a hole in me I hope I get to get back on that ring man

Your youtube channel has given me the ability to validate my own pain in life but unfortunately my parents are very over protective and do not like to see me talking to people like you. The media always keeps asking why many young males like us are sad and depressed. One day I told my head of house about my miserable life and she gave me the worst advice ever. From my personal experience and environment, even girls and boys as young as 14 are already stained by the modern world and media and other shit. Some kids are only 13 in my school and dead ass have access to drugs and vapes. Basically where I am, everyone automatically changes for the worst on the first day of high school and we all become broken and depressed. Maybe my school is just different but honestly it’s hopeless finding proper relationships here.

I am 14 right now and I am eternally greatful for your advice. I recently found a high quality girl in my class but my chance to get to her was ruined because other people told her about my class clown past. In the beggining of year 9 (which is now) I wanted to start a fresh new but apparently there are always people stuck in the past. There are also servere assholes in my class and I can not handle it. Hey everybody thats 11-13 years old dont expect getting a amazing physique Even though ur training as well as u can thats Great keep it up but dont go down the dark path i did i was depressed for a while because i felt i was weak and that training didnt do anything im not Even in the stage of puberty when i grow insanely fast i havent got any acne yet not Even a pimple u gotta wait a bit be patient keep training and when ur 13 maybe then it starts getting amazing i bet if u train super well whit Great form, Volume, Intensity or High weight, and as much progressive overload that u can manage u will have that six pack Research techniques for progressive overload a Great one i do is having the heaviest weight u can manage whit: set #1: 10 reps Set #2: 11-13 reps Set #3 12-15 reps Set#4: 13-18 reps Set#5: 16-20 reps (i do 5 sets of each workout u dont Really need more than this but if u have a workout like bulgarian spilt squats 1 set is 10 reps or more on both and use the technique i use (or something Else that might work) and after 1 week try putting on more weight on the bars if u cant thats fine do higher amounts of reps like begining at 20 and going to 30 then next week try again putting on extra weight on the bars (and if ur 11-13 u probably dont have a gym membership work at home for cash and shit to buy some weight plates and barbells, dumbells, kettlebells everything u need but this is expensive as hell so try getting some teen training at some center its usually 12+ or Ask ur parents to buy some for u (They probably will support u because ofc They love u being active unless They are some fat ass feminist people) GOT DAMN I MADE AN ENTIRE BOOK

I recently broke up with my girlfriend and she is 15 soon. I don't think that she is that of a high quality Hamza. I'm generally attracted to good girls. She was cute kind and loving and loyal didn't have Instagram nor tik tok but she used UA-cam shorts, Played video games and watched anime. And when I sat her down to talk about how I dislike her doing this stuff, She immediately started resisting. Didn't even try to understand what I had to say. The way it affected her attention span and shit... Eventually we broke up. Got back together and it didn't feel right and then after a month I send her a long message with basically saying that I feel like she isn't attracted to me anymore and that if she feels like breaking up she better tell me instead of hiding that from me. She just hit me with a message saying that she doesn't think we're compatible and that she better not to date at highschool since the studies are important to her. And that basically she was afraid of telling me because last time we split I told her that I still love her. So she assumed that I'll say it again. And it will hurt me. She is a good person just traumatised and matrixed.

I am 14 right now and I am eternally greatful for your advice. I recently found a high quality girl in my class but my chance to get to her was ruined because other people told her about my class clown past. In the beggining of year 9 (which is now) I wanted to start a fresh new but apparently there are always people stuck in the past. There are also servere assholes in my class and I can not handle it. I thought this year I would be able to retire as class clown but I guess I was wrong .

Guys does someone have advice. I may spell some words wrong because i am not english, but i am struggling with working out. I had a workout with my cousin he basically teached me how to bench and spot someone because i always did cardio. Hey everybody thats 11-13 years old dont expect getting a amazing physique Even though ur training as well as u can thats Great keep it up but dont go down the dark path i did i was depressed for a while because i felt i was weak and that training didnt do anything im not Even in the stage of puberty when i grow insanely fast i havent got any acne yet not Even a pimple u gotta wait a bit be patient keep training and when ur 13 maybe then it starts getting amazing i bet if u train super well whit Great form, Volume, Intensity or High weight, and as much progressive overload that u can manage u will have that six pack Research techniques for progressive overload a Great one i do is having the heaviest weight u can manage whit: set #1: 10 reps Set #2: 11-13 reps Set #3 12-15 reps Set#4: 13-18 reps Set#5: 16-20 reps (i do 5 sets of each workout u dont Really need more than this but if u have a workout like bulgarian spilt squats 1 set is 10 reps or more on both and use the technique i use (or something Else that might work) and after 1 week try putting on more weight on the bars if u cant thats fine do higher amounts of reps like begining at 20 and going to 30 then next week try again putting on extra weight on the bars (and if ur 11-13 u probably dont have a gym membership work at home for cash and shit to buy some weight plates and barbells, dumbells, kettlebells everything u need but this is expensive as hell so try getting some teen training at some center its usually 12+ or Ask ur parents to buy some for u (They probably will support u because ofc They love u being active unless They are some fat ass feminist people) GOT DAMN I MADE AN ENTIRE BOOK

I recently broke up with my girlfriend and she is 15 soon. I don't think that she is that of a high quality Hamza. I'm generally attracted to good girls. She was cute kind and loving and loyal didn't have Instagram nor tik tok but she used UA-cam shorts, Played video games and watched anime. And when I sat her down to talk about how I dislike her doing this stuff, She immediately started resisting. Didn't even try to understand what I had to say. The way it affected her attention span and shit... Eventually we broke up. Got back together and it didn't feel right and then after a month I send her a long message with basically saying that I feel like she isn't attracted to me anymore and that if she feels like breaking up she better tell me instead of hiding that from me.
