But I think I am gonna have to disagree with your assessment that it has the spark that CoD esports once had. It's never gonna get there. and it's not because the game is bad - it isn't, it's GREAT - but the problem is that the game's style is too niche. It doesn't appeal to casual fans. Such a huge part of CoD's fanbase (even for competitive) is super casual players. That does not exist for GoW. It's extreme, or it's nothing. You can even see it now - you see the same players in the same playlists in matchmaking over and over again. Never happens in CoD, especially not a month out from launch. Gears is only being lifted up right now because you have given it a boost by bringing optic in. It doesn't have a real future.
Hecz why don't you get the Airport Express and bring it with you on trips? It is 10x better than hotel wifi and you can hook it up to your games if you bring them with you
Gears of War 4 is the most entertaining game to watch in a competitive scene. It gets me so hyped, more than CoD ever has. I have Gears 4 but I never play it because I bought so many games this fall. I definitely need to pick it back up.

If people instead of calling a game shit and saying its the worst game ever, gave some constructive criticism, because there is way a way of saying a games bad instead of shiting on it, maybe sledgehammer, infinity ward and treyarch would actually listen and would be happy to make those changes because you're not degrading what they have worked on for 2-3 years. Activision in itself probably wont listen to the consumers most likely because they want the most revenue possible and will do anything they can to do that but the companies actually making the game want to make the consumer happy.
Redd Forman we did.... the community screamed no further crap and boots on the ground. They didn't listen. People were saying that at the end of AW. They have had plenty of time to deliver the game the community wants and chose not to.
My Name They started making Infinite Warfare in the middle/end of ghosts, by the time people started saying they hate jetpacks the game was more than halfway done, they cant just take everything and scrap it and start a whole new game its not just not possible with the deadline. While I dont really play IW, I understand why the game is how it is.
