I literally had that problem a long time ago. My fps was 500 and I was rlly laggy in 2dtd and I closed my tabs, re opened 2dtd.. And fixed, epic. but it annoyed me:/ Also congrats getting into a video!

13:51 uhh... i have a feeling you dont actually know what exeller's clones do, basically exeller can place down 2 clones, the first is the up arrow and second is down, those clone tell exelller when a survivor is near them, now the reason why you should NOT stay near them is because he can teleport to them using the up arrow (clone 1) and down arrow (clone 2)... sooooo, basically at any moment the actual exe could have teleported there and hit you and stuff, hope this helped =D
