XJR 1300 Dyno run

My other bike. Fitted with larger 36y inlet rubbers, pipercross filter and stainless complete Black Widow exhaust system. Max BHP at the rear wheel 106.51 @ 10776.4 rpm and max torque achieved 91.14 Ft.lb @ 4387.2 rpm.
Bike was running a bit lean at the lower rev range and did not come on ok until after 4,500 rpm. So I have taken out the piper cross filter for now ( 30% more airflow ) and replaced with standard filter. May get the carbs fitted with a Dynajet upgrade, which would sort the fuelling with Pipercross filter and give a bit more power. But none of that's bad for bolt on bits.

Filter is not the problem.
Change exhaust to longer end cans or use a 4 into 1.
Short cans are loud and sound great but sap power.
I have a 2001 red (fastest) 1300 with 36y full Akro system 4 degree advancer k & n panel filter extra clutch plate mod to get more power to rear wheel and cut the tube out of the airbox 129hp 91ft lbs no need to alter jetting pulls from tickover.
