great demo. Nice to see someone keep their mouth shut and let their guitar do the talking. Also, nice progress through the channels without too much time on one channel
Sweet demo m8! I love this "little" amp, it's so versatile and sound so great that I don't want to stop playing. Bogner sure knew what they where doing when designing this one. If there is something that I would add, it is to have a boost switch on the clean channel so that you could get that awsome cranked blues-sound without having to crank the volume on the clean (or adding a pedal). Because even though you run it at 1w it is just to loud for the appartment :) I guess I am one of the lucky few to have gotten my hands on one. Now I just need a matching cab, thinking of the Goldfinger 2x12. Great playing! When it comes to volume I have never run it passed 12'o clock with the band (classic rock, 80's mode and modern voicing).
Hey, I was considering buying an Atma, I hear that in 60's mode on the crunch channel, you get a similar feel to the clean being cranked? would that help with your issue? (in response to you're wish for the boost switch for clean channel) as i'd also mostly be using this at home... Also any idea if the awesome matching cabinet shown on the Bogner website is available to buy? Can't find it anywhere..
Marveh, you wont get disapointed with this thing. It sounds just amazing, and you are right about the 60's mode. Crank the gain up and you got a super sweet Hendrix sound all day :) I found my self playing with this setting yesterday and it sure gets the job done. I wished for the boost thing, because then you could get it in a live situation as well, but I believe the amp is so versatile, and responds so well to the volume control on the guitar that you might do just fine anyway. The cab is a different issue though. I have been waiting since before christmas on an answer about both the Atma cab and the Goldfinger 2x12, but still no luck. I finally decided on a custom made Zilla Studio Pro 2x12 instead. Good luck with your purchase, m8! :)
Richard Örnemark Thanks for the reply Richard, wow this amp seems truly awesome! and those zilla cabs look great too! Enjoy you're awesome rig man! Can't wait to get my hands on one too :P
Marveh Just got back from a gig with the blues band, man it sounds so great live that several people came up and complimented me on the sound after the gig. Remember to follow the thread at rig-talk: www.rig-talk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=59&t=149601 always good to be able to share your experience with others.
Great video! Does anyone know if it maintains the tight, crunchy tones on the 1 or 5 watt settings? I'm looking for a bedroom amp that can get into early Eddie V through early Black Sabbath territory. I had a Bogner Ecstasy 101b back in the day but way too much amp for me now.
ciao come va la bogne atma a distanza di tempo? vorrei prenderla pure io,andro' a provarla in settimana.spero abbia un buonissimo clean,e crunch.il lead non lo userei mai.ciao
These are more for lighter genres right? They don't go up to modem metal too right? I wish they did cause those are done of the besr cleans and classic rock tones I've heard.
Nice demo. First question if u can answer. Amp sound great but ur flicking switches which I get but that isn't professional or achievable playing live for me anyways. So can u setup the switches so that u can the sound u want atleast for one set. I'm on a cover band and we start off the first set with Long Train a Runnin, Pride N Joy, Ain't Talking bout Love, Sweet Emotion along with other crap in between. Can I do those transition without flicking switches other than the pedal board? Current I have a Bogner xtacy, DMC control GCX setup and a TC Elec effects rack (mainly delays and Verb). I can play the entire night without touching my amp all night. Even my standby is on my foot switch. Have you any experience using the Atma with the GCX switching. I know it's only quarter inch jacks switching pedal. My hot rod deluxe doesn't like my gcx.
Kirk Hammet became a great guitarist !
Great amp, great player, great demo...
man, that amp has some great tones ... from nice sweet cleans to thick saturation \m/
Some really sweet tones and playing!
Superb sounds, playing and demo!
Sounds awesome great demo.
Great demo dude
That guy can play.

i like that 'M.A.D.' logo thingy (:
nice amp
Great Demo!!!
Nice
Best kemper demo I ever saw
I'm between Atma and Badger..... you seem to have experiences with both. How would you compare them?
3 years later I have the exact same question. Which one did you pick?

So che è stato un po 'di tempo, si sta utilizzando la modalità moderna epoca o su questo demo? Grazie. Fantastico gioco dagli stati uniti
Great style man !! Amp sounds great. I'm looking for a bedroom volume amp that sounds huge. Would you recommend this?
Joeballz85 yeah man! It's a little monster amp!
Wow! This thing blows away the JJ Jr. by Friedman, from a versatility standpoint!
Sounds awesome to me but it seems you sold it barely 2 months after getting it.
Was the ATMA too "boxy" ?
Great demo! Stellar playing. Would you say this amp is loud enough to keep up with a drummer on stage?
Chord TheSeeker thanks! Yes, you can play with a drummer
would it handle competing in volume with Dave Lombardo or George Kollias drum kits during a live metal set? lol \m/
ciao come va la bogne atma a distanza di tempo? vorrei prenderla pure io,andro' a provarla in settimana.spero abbia un buonissimo clean,e crunch.il lead non lo userei mai.ciao
This is a great demo!
Do you think this amp is loud enough for stage use with a 2x12 cab?
Is there enough clean headroom?
Thanks.
I used it live with a marshall 2x12 and I had no problem with volume and clean headroom!
Giovanni Invincibile Excellent. Sold! :)
Thanks for your help.
;)
I like the Mesa Boogie Mark V 25 sounds better.
I sold my Mesa 25 after getting the Atma. Everyone has different tastes I guess.
Giovanni Invincibile Ottimo allora, grazie!

The signature are the pickups or the guitar?
It's a Custom Order MIke Landau Strat from Suhr

Good question. I'm looking for that info too, even if it requires mods.
Ciao usi ancora l Atma ?
Ciao, no non più. L'ho venduta tempo fa
