Very true. Practical experience. Management decision deti hai aur employees HR ko misunderstand kar leti hai sometimes misunderstand he nahi they argue or taunt you. At one point you start feeling thankless and unappreciated and decide to switch. I hd been in organization where the old staff use to say HR toh sirf rangoli nikalta hai like wtf No one appreciated the flexible policies we made, the fun activites, the training, the greviance we resolved so that they can work smoothly and tried our best to give them work life balance.

I would like to ask you a question. I cleared all the interview round And they ask salary expectations que So for example my previous company paying me 26in hand still i keep expectations in between 30 to 35. I get a call only once for salary discussion they talk abt there budget 29 and later I dnt get a call to keep my point. Second time I cleared all the round I kept expectations 35 to 40. I get a call which gets missed frm me. I try that call they won't attend and next day again I call them. They don't attend. Why do hr does like this.
