Harding is probably the most underrated President of all time. His successor Calvin Coolidge is probably the second most underrated President of all time.

He presided over an increase in per capita income, ended WWI, reduced the number of American battleships, supported anti-lynching legislation and voting rights for black people, curbed labor radicalism, freed political prisoners, increased healthcare for veterans, put Taft on the Supreme Court, supported free speech, and created the Office of Management and Budget. Yes, his administration had corrupt people in it, but he was not aware of their misdeeds, cracked down on what corruption he was aware of, and was not personally corrupt himself. Harding died as one of the most popular presidents in history, but the subsequent exposure of scandals eroded his popular regard, as did revelations of extramarital affairs. Harding's interior secretary, Albert B. Fall, and his attorney general, Harry Daugherty, were each later tried for corruption in office. Fall was convicted though Daugherty was not. These trials greatly damaged Harding's posthumous reputation.

I find it remarkable that CBS would conduct such an objective and fair review of President Harding. Good video on their part

He’s not as bad as you think. I’d recommend a book called “The Jazz Age President: Defending Warren G Harding” by Ryan S. Walters. It’s really good.
I’ll have to look for that book

What an inappropriate question to ask that elderly women!
They should have asked her if she thought that Harding was hot!
Happy 156th birthday, President Warren G Harding. And today in 1920, he won the election, on his 55th birthday.
Laddie Boy's collar at about 3:00-3:05 was stolen several years ago. It was solid gold. It has never been recovered.

his unemployment rate was under 2% !!!
The visuals are totally blurred.
The biases in the writing are quite thick. Slickly presented, but quite shallow and manipulative.

My mother's maiden name is Harding.
I was here because of Malcolm Gladwell’s book, Blink...Chapter 3, The Warren Harding Error.
