Boa noite amigo eu tenho um ACS 355 220 v Instalado em um torno gostaria de saber se tem algum parâmetro que eu coloca pra aumentar o torque em baixas rotações
Good night friend I have an ACS 355 220 v Installed in a lathe I would like to know if there is any parameter that I use to increase the torque at low speeds.
Rated frequency was 60hz at motor nameplate and same is set in the VFD but motor running condition frequency not increased more than 53hz ,can u tell what the problem
Most likely you have 1 of 2 potential problems. 1) Reference scaling; what are the settings in parameters 1103 to 1108. 2) The motor is at maximum load and the drive is in current limit.
In the settings here in video the drive follows the value u choose for "ref", will it work as variable frequency incase you use solar knowing that par 1103 is set to solar? thank you
Rami H The drive is still a variable frequency control, but when you set parameter 1103 to solar, the drive automatically adjusts the output frequency based on how much power the PV cells are producing. You cannot manually set the output frequency in this mode.
so wat i have to do with the "ref"? parameter 1103 already set to solar. and parameter 9904 is set on scalar frequency. could the problem be from the mitsubishi magnetic switch installed after the drive?
I am setting a new parameter but when I press enter again it does not turn the paramater number back. How should I change the settings? is there a block setting to not change paramaters?
+Cengiz Oğuzer When you want to change a parameter using the standard keypad, once you select the parameter, you need to hold the ENTER button in for a few seconds until the word SET appears at the bottom of the display, next to the word PAR. Once you see this you can change the parameter to what you want, then push ENTER again to save it. You will need to do this each time you want to change a parameter. There is also a PARAMETER LOCK, parameter 1602, which prevents parameters frombeing changed from the keypad, this should be set to 1 which means unlocked. If it set to a 0, then it is locked and you need to go to parameter 1603 and enter 358 to unlock.
+Muaathe Aziz the difference is power. The ACS355 ◾0.37 to 22 kW/0.5 to 30 hp ◾Optimized design for cabinet installations saves space and installation time ◾Wide range of fieldbus adapters available offer flexible connectivity ◾Vector control capable of running both asynchronous motors and permanent magnet motors ◾Simple and visual sequence programming to make independent and repeatable operation sequences ◾Pre-defined application macros for quick basic setup ◾Unified height and depth of the IP20 product family simplifies wiring in cabinet installations The ACS150 ◾Power range 0.37 to 4 kW/0.5 to 5 Hp ◾IP20 enclosure ◾Scalar control ◾Integrated user interface and potentiometer ◾Built-in brake chopper ◾Built-in EMC filter for 2nd environment
Generally speaking no. However we have run a single phase fractional HP motor on a VFD and it responded fairly well. You should also know that it was just a fan motor with no fan blade attached. Single phase motors are not intended to be run on a VFD. A Reduced Voltage Starter would be a more economical choice for a single phase application.
Simply wire up the speed pot to terminals 2, 3 and 4 on connector X1A. The drive is defaulted to this input. However you do have to make sure the drive is in remote mode. Look in the upper left corner of display on keypad to see if in remote, if not push the LOC/REM button to toggles modes.
@@norfazlimokri3598 you will not get a correct voltage reading using a multimeter as it varies the frequency and torque in various startup and running stage
Rudy Iskandar Fault 0035 is OUTPUT WIRING, which according to the manual, the most common cause is the input power wires are connected the drive output. The input power wire should be connected to terminalsU1, V1 & W1 and the motor wires should be connected to terminals U2, V2 & W2. The other possibility per the manual is “Fault can be declared if the input poweris delta grounded system and motor cable capacitance is large.”
Terminal 10 of the X1 connectors is +24volt output, terminal 11 is the 24volt common. If 11 and 12 jump together, then connect each digital input to the + output to activate each input.
Here's what I found for your scenario, Motor temperature is too high (or appears to be too high) due to excessive load, insufficient motor power, inadequate cooling or incorrect start-up data.
Narayan Adhikari If you're getting a fault 1009, it could be that the settings for parameter 9907 (Motor Nominal Frequency) or 9908 (Motor Nominal Speed) are incorrect. Recheck your nameplate to see if they match.
Moses Mfalanyombo The manual says “Internal fault. Current measurement is out of range.”, this says that the drive is defective, you can try a couple of tests to confirm this. If you can run the drive and measure the current going to the motor and compare it to parameter number 0104, which is current. If there is a big difference between them, you have a problem with the drive. If they are the same, compare that value to the full load amps of the motor, if it is higher, you may have a motor on load issue. If you can’t run the drive, disconnect the motor and try to run it again. If it still faults, you have a problem with the drive. If it runs with the motor disconnected, look at parameter number 0104, it should be zero. If the value is not close to zero, you have a drive problem. If it is close to zero, you may have a motor or load issue. Try reconnecting the motor without the load connected to it and see if the drive faults. If it does, check your motor, if it doesn’t, check your load.
This is a motor overtemp fault. Check the load on the motor, check the fan is not broken or block air flow. Running at low speeds for long periods of time can overheat the motor. If this doesn't help give us a call at 800-337-1720 and ask for an ABB product manager to assist you.
Then double check the group 99 parameters for correct motor data entered if you haven't already. This may not be a drive issue, the motor is getting to hot not the drive. Are you running at low speeds?
