So, I decided to look it up, torches and other light emitting items are blocks not entities, but the particle effects torches give off can cause lag when placed in large amounts.
I would LOVE timelapses of building/mining large areas, and 2 hours bi-weekly is nice as it gives you time and us time.

2 hours over a week is perfect, because its not so short to where you finish it and then have nothing to watch for the week but its also not so long to where you feel like its a pain to watch you end up not finishing it and instead just starting the next episode by the time its uploaded, it just perfect to where you watch it over a few days, and then just 1 or 2 days kater the next episode is up, so you get excited again and hacent forgotten anything that happened
I would like at least 2 hours weekly. For me longer the video the better.
Skyes you need to step back and realise what ever timetable you set you videos is whats going to affect your life. It's up to you if you have the energy to pump out 4 2hour long episodes a month and possibly suffer from bad video quality. I think not just us but you aswell would feel better about having a better quality video than a bad one.
At the end of the day it's YOUR life skyes which is affected fundamentally by what video timetable you chose and I hope you find this comment useful much love man keep up the great work ❤❤❤

49:53 for game of thrones I read the books first, they are good but they run out way before the end of the show. There is a noticeable drop off in quality of the shows when the books end. If you are looking for a show that last forever to watch. Supernatural 25 seasons, 22 ish episodes per season, 40min to 1 hr per episode.

Torches particles HAVE THE POSSIBILITY, of lag, but that's typically on older or lower power devices with max sim/render distance

You should install a mod that makes all the grass the same color. If you look at the Trading Hall from above the dead patches of grass look bad

I commented it before but having a very like lush overgrown area underneath the like very neat and clean yard up top would be cool. And a tropical fish and frog pond sanctuary etc.
I love longer videos, personally. When I see it's an hour+, I'm grabbing snacks and getting comfy.
Also, I vaguely remember the actress who played Cersei saying in an interview that people would actively skip past her at meet and greets or tell her straight up that they hated her character and she said it was the most flattering thing they could say, because that meant she was doing a good job of portraying that character.
I use you to listen to on my 45 minute drive to and from school so 2-hour content is great for me whether that's every week or bi-weekly I'm just happy to see you happy with your content

I like replay mod. Mostly because I like watching the more monotonous tasks it’s like relaxing and it gives me like a second hand feeling of accomplishment watching things like mining ores, and gathering resources. I just hope sometimes the Timelapse can be a little slower. Sometimes it’s like I look away for a second and everything is different.
After 2 days of binge watching i finally caught up with the series and I LOVE IT SO MUCH brings back so much nostalgia of the old Minecraft youtube playthroughs and it's super refreshing to have a kinda slow paced play style with sky speakinh yap-anese its very entertaining ❤ . A couple tips i would say ? Or rather preferences
- for me personally it doesnt really matter to wait untill the end to make the backpack i say you use it to save you lots of time and not go back and forth for the big buildings seeing how everything will be just as big as the trading halls
- use essential mod to invite Darman to the world it will save you a whole lot of server set up hastle
- i love the idea of using the under section of the big building as a sewer base like the ninja turtles with a big sorting system but instead of sewer make it look like a catacomb system with chains and skeletons remains it would be very creepy and fit nicely with the berserk theme
- lastly to finish my yap-anese lesson 1h to 2h a week seems very good so we can catch up with it on the weekends
Later Episodes you can make a small like tribute of a landmarking from Game of Thrones.
15:34 I feel like they should add an enchantment “ pocketed” like in fallout to your chest plate and pants for additional spots. If you remove the armor the stuff falls out or stays in the armor
5:50. Skyes, I personally LOVE your videos, and I tend to binge every series you make. I think the weekly or bi-weekly videos that are 1-3 hours long are the best.
King Yammer has returned! I honestly look so forward to these videos! For a movie/show review, you should totally watch the Berserk: Golden Age Arc trilogy if you haven't already! It's so good!

Hey skyes!!! Tbh I love watching both channels! I feel like I need more. I love this world that you have created! I wish the videos we either longer or had another video right after for the next week. This keeps me entertained while I am at work or while I am doing chores around the house.
Absolutely loving your content. You two are killing it. Major inspirations on both the Minecraft and video editing front. Two hour videos once a week is great. If you did more, I wouldn’t complain. But at that pace, I am able to keep up.

Every 2 weeks sounds good!
Two quick tips you can use if you feel they would help.
1: stone brick blocks can be crafted in your inventory faster than a stone cutter for the same amount of material
2: when doing the walls get a auto clicker set to right click and then you don't have to click and can use the pick block to replenish the items.
Love the replay mod! Seeing you run on the build from above really showed the size of the build!
The 2h+ every week sounds great, you get a nice break, we get a video we can watch throughout the week (or bench watch 11 videos in one sitting like a maniac).
Having a job and being able to watch these videos on the weekend is really nice. Keep up the great work❤

That and her little brother Bran when he gets older… he shouldn’t have been what he became in the end (you’ll find out 😉). I think both were more “Tully”(their mother) than “Stark” like their father.

46:06 Because the reason Ned was murdered was because he questioned the validity of Robert and Cersei’s children (they were previously mentioned to not be Robert’s) so to protect Joffrey, they are going through and killing any and all of Robert’s bastard children so none can claim the iron throne. @skyes to answer the entity question you asked around 35 minutes in. Everything you asked about counts as an entity, torches, signs, item frames all count as well as redstone and the air spaces for glass panes, observers, pistons and most redstone related blocks.
Does he keep the hollow part like that or is he making something something in there later ? Maybe like Atlantis without the water would be cool I think

Also, you should be very happy that people can fall asleep to your videos! You have adhd, you know how hard it is to sleep sometimes. I've got a lot of mental health issues and struggle to sleep a lot, but I can listen to some minecraft UA-camrs, you included, close my eyes, and actually still follow along well enough that I get lost in what you're doing. It makes the "sand" (unstoppable thoughts) settle and I'll just... Be asleep. I dream a lot about minecraft because of it haha

Tourches are blocks. Not block entities. The only way they can cause lag is the particles, and you can turn particles off in the video settings
Edit: You should also turn on Subtitles, i bellieve they were in the video settings but im not sure scince i dont play Java.
Subtitles are in the bottom right corner and they just say stuff like "walking" "water noises" "creeper hiss" and stuff like that.

I don't think that a torch is an entity, because an entity is something that moves in your world and a torch is a block.
Chests do lag the game. I like the idea you had for the inside of the trading hall and make it an aquarium and glass.

A good manga to read for gore and messed up psyche is Battle Royale. There is even a live action movie that’s pretty accurate to the manga but the manga is better in my opinion. It has the violence of GoT and story plot of Hunger Games lol
