    Very qualitative information on routine stretches for running. Thumbs up for creating this content and putting it online !
    This kind of stretches saves time and is more effective than static stretches, so…only good to take !

    Or you could just do Yoga on a regular basis and stay even more injury free! All of these "newly invented" stretches are just rip offs from some Yoga asana. By practising Ashtanga Yoga you take care of your entire body not just some specific muscles. But of course it is better to stretch than not do anything at all.
